One would expect that at a cider mill you would see cider being made. Not here. Not only do they not make cider there, if you ask what type of apples they have (in the half dozen bags on the counter) youll have to ask 3 people before anyone can tell you. This is not a cider mill. It is an ice cream counter that also has a cooler of cider at it. That they dont make. If the only thing you like about cider mills is drinking the cider, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for the "fall trip to the apple orchard", go somewhere else.

Since the new owners took this year it is a fantastic place to go! The donuts and cider are delicious, the lunch/dinner menu offers a ton of options (not just hot dogs and chips like most places), and the ice cream choices are excellent. I expect to pay a bit extra for the good stuff! But all in all I think the prices are very fair the quality of food and service is great!!! Its become a favorite spot to take out of town guests for local cuisine!

Now I can only rate this place by its cider but I didnt have the best time here. It was extremely over packed for such a little place (not their fault but there wasnt anywhere to sit or really move). We finally got to order just a couple cups of cider and it tasted awful. Very acidic, almost sour taste. My husband took one sip and threw it out. I havent had the courage to go back and try them again. Theres always room for improvement.

This is NOT a cider mill. This is a small store that sells cider and donuts NOT MADE THERE. Go to Kroger and go for a walk in your neighborhood. Better yet, if you want to actually go to a real cider mill where donuts, cider and other great food are actually made on the premises, go to Yates, Blakes or the Franklin Cider Mill. This place should be not allowed to call themselves a cider mill.

The donuts were good, no matter where they were made. Friendly staff, more than just cider mill food. They have a nice menu of hamburgers & sandwiches, even kielbasa. Ice cream & sherbet as well. Nice large covered patio or eat indoors. Beautiful setting next to the Paint Creek & Paint Creek Trail. Family friendly, too.

Our first time here and the food was great. I ordered the Apple bacon grilled cheese and my wife ordered the grilled ham and cheese. The donuts were good, nothing special and the cider was slightly better than Blakes. I did see plenty of local bike riders coming and going so it seems to be a popular stop.

Its a great place to stop for lunch, snack, or a treat on your bike ride or walk along the Paint Creek Trail (one of my fav bike rides). Lots of tasty food & sandwich choices besides the usual cider & donuts - all at reasonable prices. Restrooms & Air pump too if you need to give your bike tires a boost.

Love this place. Good food with frequent suitable outdoor music. Great walks along the creek, though you have to cross a narrow bridge with a fair amount of cars along it to get to the trail. Would be good to add seating and a bridge by the creek, rather than being pushed up against the busy road.

Paid 22$ for day old donuts and cider. As soon as they gave us the old donuts, they threw the rest away and brought out fresh donuts. If you like donuts that are hard to chew and swallow, and way overpriced, this is the place!

A real treat, especially during a cycle along the scenic Paint Creek Trail. The enticing smell of barbecue from the smoker is hard to miss. Of course, great apple cider slushes and fresh donuts.
