Came in because the reviews were high and I was only expecting nothing more than a normal pepperoni pizza. What I left with was a extremely rude service and disappointment. As soon as we walked up to place the order the guy at the register was on the phone. I can understand a person taking a call but this was over 7 mins of me just standing there waiting for him. I tried to be polite and place the order but I was being obviously ignored. When he was done with the call he said "What do you want?" Even after waiting to simply place the order I was treated as if I had inconvenienced him and it was my fault for wanting to order food from their place. They had the balls to make me feel like I was so rude to interrupt them while they were on the phone. After getting my order in and paying for it the staff continued to be belligerent with me by saying things like "The pizza should be done in 15 minutes, is that ok?, Your pizza should be done in 14 minutes, is that ok? Your pizza will be ready in 10 minutes, is that ok? " and The pizza was under cooked after all that. ......Next time going to Papa Ginos!

I must say Worcester Pizza Factory offers the best product for their market in the area near my campus. With that said the customer service experiences Ive had with this place are poor (from the owner down) and that is a continuing theme since the business converted from its Brick Oven title. Not much attention to detail in that front. I will, from time to time, re-order their pizza; I must admit. Again its the best in my near area; the quality is no concern given its competition. I would give no stars if they didnt have that going for them. Again, the service is terrible. Eat here only when you cant tolerate other pizza places quality, and you dont mind getting screwed over by undercooked pizza, only to have the owner offer you another free undercooked pizza, or the cook trying to run your card at rush hour saying that it "declined". If you dont care you have your pizza place. Enjoy.

After the delivery man dropped our food off, we realized they had messed up on our food (plain wings instead of BBQ dipped wings). Not a big deal, mistakes are bound to happen. The only problem I had was when my boyfriend and I called back in hopes that we could get it fixed. They kept us on hold for ten minutes before they decided to actually help. And then when they finally did decide to pick up, they offered to bring us BBQ dipping sauce. Instead of an order of BBQ wings. It seemed as if their main focus wasnt on compensating for their mistake, but what was more beneficial for them. Which is not the way food/resturant industry should work.

Hands down BEST pizza in Worcester. I have been searching for over 10 years since moving here for NY style pizza and until this little gem came along I was never able to find what I was looking for, not even close. In fact, I used to drive an hour to Nashua, NH for Espressos Pizza (not to be confused with the Espressos Pizza in Fitchburg - totally not alike) but now when I am craving a good pie I just walk up the street. So psyched! THANK YOU BRICK OVEN PIZZA PEOPLE for bringing real pizza to Worcester.

After messing up our order and making us wait over an hour, I finally called for the second time. I tried explaining my dissatification as my food was now cold and unenjoyable. And instead of apologizing and trying to fix this issue, he started to argue with me and reply sarcastically. Anyone who works in any type of customer service industry knows that this is not the way to handle the situation. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. There food quality also doesnt compensate for their nasty attitude.

Just moved to the area. I tried the brick oven specialty cheese pizza. Great choice. No complaints and very tasty. The garlic rolls (shaped like pretzels) were good. Ive tried their calzones and they are good and oh so filling. I just tried 2 different pizzas today (fresh way pizza and chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza) and they were super good. I cannot fault the food or the prices. Next time Ill have to try something other than the pizzas and calzones.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ive ordered from them many many times and its usually good. not incredible but good enough. however today. they delayed my order. i had to wait 1 hour and a half when they said it would be about 30 minutes. They delivered me COLD PIZZA that looked like it was from yesterday. When i called to complain they just kept passing the phone around and being difficult. Terrible customer service. Will never order again.

Almost took a trip into Somerville MA looking to try some great pizza elsewhere. Decided to google "great pizza" in the local area and this place came up, had really good reviews, so why not? Stopped in today. Awesome pizza!!! Made and cooked perfectly, excellent crust. We travel for pizza everywhere Boston, Chicago, New Haven CT, and to think we were missing out right here in our own backyard. Great job on your pizza guys!

This place actually had some REALLY good pizza and Im sure its closed. That Im surprised my because they are next to a bar. I would come here almost daily but, one day the guy at the counter had a bipolar moment and as much as I LOVED coming here, I just couldnt anymore due to the fact that I just felt so disrespected by his actions. If this place is still open, (which I dont think it is) I still recommend coming here.

Probably will never order from here again. Showed up an hour later from when order but thats okay because thats what the guy on the phone said. That wasnt the problem. Good for here in wet paper bags literally fell apart. The chicken broccoli Alfredo I ordered didnt have alfredo (super dry) asked for extra broccoli came south little to no broccoli. But I did get a free cheese pizza! That was cold.

Terrible service. Walked into the place and the guy at the register was on the phone and made no attempt to acknowledge my presence. I waited for some time, but still no acknowledgement so I left. I returned, paid for it only to be absolutely disappointed at the fact that the dough was undercooked. At a glance it looks like a nice place and Im sure it is, but I didnt get that from my experience.

We ordered a cheese quesadilla. It came with cheese, JUST CHEESE. Nothing else on it. And some sour cream on the side . And they have one price listed on the menu for subs, but when you call they ask "regular or long" Well the long is $3 more, and the regular is so small i was still hungry. Second time ordering from here, and the last.
