I like the options but a menu with limited information in small font is not ideal and makes me order something I dont like. Arg. I ordered the Fuji apple chicken salad. The portion is right. I like that have the cake rotors listed on the menu. But no where on the menu board did it say pecans/walnuts would be in it. I do not assume there are nuts in a salad. I assume the Apple would be fresh, rather than dried. These are things that is there was a real menu I hope they would be in it. Hubby ordered a turkey panini. The staff asked him if he wanted "bread, Apple or chips." He had no idea it came with it (as it was not on the menu board) and initially said none as he thought it was extra. Im sure he bit the first person to do this so the store makes extra profit by failing to properly train their staff, or list it properly on a menu. I like the rewards options and free dessert for birthdays. I just need more responsible staff and better menus.

I have always enjoyed the Paneras in Amherst and East Longmeadow, I had no reason to doubt this store in Leominster would be every bit as good. Wrong! We were looking at the menu trying to decide what to get, there were a few people in front of us so we didnt feel we were holding anything up. The person behind the counter told us to go to the other side and put our order in there. We got out of line and moved to the other counter and realized there was only a breakfast menu to look at. We decided that wasnt a problem, well get a breakfast bagel instead of a sandwich. After deciding, we were told they stopped making breakfast 5 minutes ago. We would need to go back to the other side for a sandwich. Of course by now the line was 5 or 6 deep. Above all else, they made me feel that we were inconviencing them. The staff was rude and seemed very bored with their job. The manager was right there and didnt say or do a thing.

I typically have good experiences at Panera Bread. However, this has to be the worst one in their company. At least I hope it is. When you walk in nothing is clearly marked. The customers are either just clustered around the counter or their is a line so long it goes right out the door. The people behind the cash register are very short with you, they dont give you the choices that are normally given to you at other locations, and they dont generally seem as though they want to be there. The last time I went I ordered a tuna sandwich to go, no mayo, no tomato. I waited (and I wasnt alone) for 15 minutes. I finally asked if my order was coming up and they said that it was the bag that was sitting there for 10 minutes. They didnt even bother saying anything. When I got back to work (after waisting most of my lunch time) I found I had extra mayo, tomatos, and barely any tuna. This was not the first time.

Ive been to many Paneras, but this one caused a long hiatus from my addiction to their potato soup and many of their sandwiches. I often found that when I went to eat at Panera, the sides were not offered (chips, bread or apple) and instead I was told "That comes with chips" and not given a choice. When I have tried to speak to the managers about the poor service, they simply told me that that is how things are done. I also discovered one day that a manager was working while sick with a case of viral pnemonia, which is very contagious--to go to work in the food industry with an illness like this should result in immediate firing! I have been told by former employees that they get yelled at if they try to call in sick, which means all the food youre eating could have been prepared by someone with the flu or some other illness. Definitely will NOT go back to this one until they change their ways.

Used to routinely go here for my lunch breaks. Will not be going here anymore. I paid for my order at 11:37. At 11:59, I went to the counter and asked what the status of my order was. They said they had not even started my half-sandwich or salad. I get the same thing every time and it normally takes under 10 minutes once ordered. I told them I have a strict 30 minute lunch break and wanted my order refunded as I was now late. They gave me my money back and offered no other compensation. If you have a job, like me, do not depend on them to provide a lunch within your 30 minute window, even if your office is 4 minutes away like mine is. You will end up spending your whole lunch break waiting and find out they havent even started your order.

Food service was fast & perfect. The employees were very friendly. My mom accidentally wrapped her bottom teeth in her napkin & it got thrown away! Stop laughing everyone. Shes elderly & wasnt paying attention! We asked a worker coming out of the kitchen if she would get some gloves on & search the top area of the trash. Her name started w/an L, wore pony tail & black rimmed glasses. She never complained & came back w/gloves & found them on the 3rd try! We were very grateful & gave her $5.00 tip! She really earned it!! She went beyond good service & we thank her very much!!!

ive been to panera bread many times and liked it very much. this is the first time i went to the leominster branch. im not sure if panera has gotten worse over the years or if its just this branch. but i ordered the thai chicken sandwich. it had almost no chicken and it tasted gross so i just threw it out. i ordered the turkey chili. i finished it but it tasted bad and made me feel sick. the internet disconnected me after 30 minutes and wouldnt let me back on even though the place was not close to being full. i will not go back to this panera bread!

each time i have gone i have either not gotten my food i have ordered or it was done wrong. i have experienced poor service and the last time it was done right i waited 20 minutes after calling it in for take-out. I will never go to this panera again after how the staff treated me for their poor preformance.

They have a very good variety and delicious menu both in food and in beverages. Besides they keep the place clean. Thanks Panera for making this cafe+ restaurant, a great place to invite family & friends. Btw, they also offer WiFi.

Good selection on menu items a cut above fast food. Bakery has variety of items but can be pricy. Need to improve odering via app. App will often indicate the store is out of a menu item when they are not.
