I went to Pizza Hut last week with my 3 year old niece and her mother. We were seated and waited on fairly quickly. The server brought our drinks out fairly quickly but another waitress brought over crayons and a paper for my niece to color while waiting. The food was pretty quick and it was very good. Our server never came to ask if everything was ok, never came to see if we wanted refills either. We were finished and the 3 year old was getting antsy. The server walked passed our table a few times, saw our pizza sitting there and all our coats on.. Clearly ready for the check and a box. Instead, our server kept chatting with people he knew that were eating and proceeded to start clearing tables and basically ignored us. I finally called him over and asked for a box and the check. 10 minutes later, he came back with the box and no check. Another 10 minutes later, someone dropped the check off and I gave him my card to pay. Another wait and I finally got up and he passed me saying "the girl at the counter has your card." She looked up at me wondering what I needed and I told her that was my card and this was the worst service I think I have ever had especially with a 3 year old... All she said was (in a snotty/rude voice) was "oh sorry." On top of all of that, the place is extremely dirty and smells like a dog kennel!

70th Birthday Party disaster... We ordered 5 pizzas 5 hours before we needed them delivered to give them enough time. 45 minutes after the expected delivery time, we called the restaurant to check on the order. We were told the delivery person was out with orders and couldnt tell us if our pizzas were on their way or even if the order was even started, eventually being hung up on by staff. We waited another 45 minutes to see if they would arrive. Still nothing. We eventually decided to call another pizza place in town and had our pizzas in less than 30 minutes. Somebody from Pizza Hut actually called us back 2 HOURS after the pizzas should have been delivered, a little late. Not acceptable. Will not be going back.

If I could rate this ZERO stars I would! I have many many times ordered delivery from here. Tonight I call & I was told that we are not in their delivery zone. I told him they had delivered many times to our home, which is in town, maybe 2 or 3 miles from the store. I asked for a manager & was made to wait 8 minutes on hold. I get the "manager" All I can say is unbelievable! He would not listen to me, kept interrupting me, & when I told him that if they would not take my order for delivery tonight that I would not be back her hung up on me! I will NEVER do business with them again. And "Kenny" the manager should probably look for a less customer service related career path.

When I placed an order for delivery I asked them to verify my address, because they delivered to the wrong place the time before. This caused my order to be delivered an hour and a half later than promised. It was cold and incomplete. The girl rudely told me "No. Your address is in the computer". I guess it was my mistake for giving them a second chance. I always wonder how people who are so obviously miserable at work think they will ever do anything better, when they cant even take a pizza order.

I went there on valentines day with the girl before a movie excepting to get a quick bite it turns out the place was packed there were two people working there food took a long time we waited to be seated for 30 minutes with out a word being said to us. People were walking out P.O.ed. we were lucky enough to get seated and make the movie. This is probably the worst of my bad experiences at pizza hut and the list could go on. But over all great pizza and bread sticks :D

My wife placed an order online last night. I stopped at the Leominster Pizza Hut to pick up the order, only to find that they have closed down this location! The lights were all shut off and thru the windows of the main entrance i could see empty boxes and trash scattered all over the floor. Why would the corporate website allow online orders for a store that isnt even in business?

Was there earlier today and was wait by this tall skinny kid with a pony tail, very pleasant young man. Didnt quite catch his name, the only negative thing I have to say about today experience is seeing this young man get treated very disrespectful by these three people that came in after me, good job for keeping your cool kid! Dont let them type of people bring you down, good crew!

I really used to love this place. But for the past two years, I can never get them to answer the phone. I have called repeatedly over an hour. I swear they take the phone off the hook on purpose. During the few times they do answer, they never have a delivery driver. Get it together people, I miss Pizza Hut! Two years without!

I havent had many problems at all with this place. I felt bad last time I went in because I had literally 12 dollars I. Quarters and thensome. They were overall cheery and had no issues with it. The food has been good every time Ive gone. Yes it may be slow at times but thats pretty much anywhere nowadays.

Food is very good. Online orders is outstanding. Interior needs a lot of work. Second visit. Online oders dont pass through discount. Manager is a rude and obnoxious person with poor customer service skills. Buyer beware.

i couldnt believe how sucky was the service ... i had to get up and get napkins and utensils.... the pizza was ok ... but the service was horrible i would never go there again... they suck !!!!!!!

they never seem to answer their phone....when you go to order out it takes so long...when you eat in it takes so long to get service. This is the worse I have ever been to

Apparently they were just renovated but by the notes on the doors and the length of the renovation youd have thought it was shut down... but its back!!!
