This place has the worst customers service ever, I have being ordering from there for 3 plus years and today I order 2 Caesar salad and the send me some other salad, my wife called and the same kid gave her and attitude that he took the order fine, after we argued he said that he will send the driver back to make sure we didnt ate it, wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes and they never showed. I went to get my money back and the same idiot told me that he cant give me the money that I have to wait for the manager. I would not recommend no one to go there ever

Terrible service, I place an order 6:30pm and by 8:15pm still didnt get it. At 8:50 I called to know what was going on; the person in charge told me the delivery guy was knocking my door and we said that we never request a pizza. Obviously was a big mistake, they never call me to my cell phone, outside my house a lot of kids waiting for the pizza, where playing. Finally they told me that they believe their driver, in other words that I was a liar. This is so disrespectful, Ill never order again from this place

it seems like they dont care about specific instructions too much and some drivers are stupid and act lazy/or scared but not all drivers, you have to get lucky wit the drivers I guess, Ive never ordered before midnight so I dont kno how day shift is but Ive just started pickin up my food lately, 3 out of 5 stars overall, food is decent , mostly order here because its convenient distance and they open late

Ordered wings, asked for extra hot sauce on the wings (I was specific). Waited 1hr...got wings with absolutely no sauce! When I called, I was told by that "maybe the sauce dried out". What?! No, it was just dry asa wings with absolutely no sauce! Then I was told "all I can do is say sorry, what else do you want me to do". Hmmmm how about you fix what you messed up! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! £

I used to always order here until one day I was close by so I decided to pick it up for the first time and when i went inside all I smelled was musty armpits. I didnt want anything anymore at all and since that day I never ordered here again. I decided to write a review to warn everyone else to not order from here. The Heath department needs to come here UNEXPECTEDLY PLEASE!!!!!!

I ordered 3 large pizzas. Their large pizzas are the size of most medium pizzas elsewhere. The owner quoted me one price on the phone and when I got there he told me the total was $12 more. $54 for 3 medium pizzas that werent even that good is a rip-off. Stay away - the owner is not honest and very deceiving. Forget about customer service because it doesnt exist..

Horrible I order bbq wings and I dont know if they over cooked the wings or they fell on the ground but it felt like I had gravel in my mouth I threw them out. They werent even tossed in the sauce right some wings had zero sauce. The pizza time in Windsor locks and so much better but this place was closer so I thought Id try never again.

ordered a buffalo chicken pizz, guy in the phone says 30to 45 mins I leave 10mins aways from the place I waited 1hr and 30 mins called back and the guy tells me they made the wrong pizza and would be here shortly so when they get here the pizza is at best warm. what a waste of money and time not ordering here ever again !

Everytime I have ordered from this place the order has been extremely late, and wrong and recently after an hour my order was not made, when I called I talked to the owner who refused to give any kind of customer service, and he even used profanity with me as a customer. Stay Away from this place!!!!

This is the only place where Ill eat pizza from. I love the pizza, especially handtoss pizza and when its straight out of the oven. Wings are delicious. Customer service is very good. I just wish the place was bigger so there was more room to sit and eat.

Im done with ordering from this place. Just ordered some Cheese Fries and I wasnt sure whats that mess I received, the fries were soggy & soft, then it looks like they put the cheese on it and baked it. They are not consistent.
