The Chipotle in Manchester, is worse store Ive ever been to. The store is not well kept, they never have anything, I go in for a steak bowl, to find out they ran out of steak, chicken, and barbacola and have to wait 20min and then I realized everyone in line will have to wait(line out to the front door). The employees they rather talk to there friends than serve you, they joke/play around while customers are getting frustrated. The customer service is very sad, and the store manager/employees need corrective action. The stores in the other locations such as Enfield, and Glastonbury have professional personal that think ahead and are consentrated getting customers in and out in a timely fashion. Also these two stores never have any lines, food is well stocked(cook and ready) and the biggest thing is that these two other store are very clean. I will be contacting the corporate office.

It is eh OK. The one thing that frustrates me is the fact the food line servers are all not serving in same proportions. The same chicken or beef is served in varying portions by two different food line preparers. They need to start showing uniform food serving bowls and not vary food portions for same price at different times of the day. The same chicken bowl was prepared with different sizes with all the same ingredients ordered. That was frustrating !!!! Besides this food is fresh and tasted good. Id be cautious coming to this location since the food portions are not guaranteed to be the same. Also frustrated these guys didnt give normal portion of chicken in my chicken bowl. It was half portion short of normal chicken to call it a f$$king chicken bowl!!!!

I preordered online using the Chipotle app a bowl of chicken with veggies, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, chilli corn salsa, Green chilli salsa, Red chilli salsa, Sour cream and cheese. It said the food will be ready at 8.00. I went to pick it up. Got the food half hour late. When I got it home and started eating it, realized there are absolutely no sauces added to my order except just sour cream. Rice was under cooked too. I was hungry and didnt want to go out again to get something. So decided to eat it anyway. Half way thru my meal, something stuck my tongue and I pulled out a long strand of hair out of my mouth. EWWW Chipotle.

I LOVE Chipotle but this location is really hit or miss. Sometimes they are fantastic but within the past few months they have been out of various ingredients regularly. When I went yesterday they were out of hot salsa which was extremely disappointing to find out after waiting in line for 20 min. On past occasions they have been out of black beans, mild salsa, and chicken. I understand potential sourcing issues with the meats but tomatoes and black beans....really? Will still continue to go to this location but I really wish they could figure out how to manage their sourcing better...

As with any service, no one can be perfect 100% of the time. I recently ordered lunch for myself and coworkers, but discovers after returning to work we were missing items we paid for. The friendly staff and management agreed to help us out on our next visit, but we eventually forgot. Today I returned to Chipotle, completely forgetting the last incident. Not only were the staff members happy to see me, but also apologetic for the last experience. My service today was simply incredible and I will continue to eat at this location for life! Thank you all!

I tell everyone, "Im more of Chipotle guy" when politely refusing an invitation to another Mexican food location. And often theyll reply, "Yeah, Im more of a Chipotle guy too." But seriously both the Barbacoa and Carnitas are to freakin die for. Load it up with tons of refried beans and guacamole, and you will be filled right up. Just a heads up...go off peak hours. A bit crowded at peak. Great company with a great mission.

Good food at a good price. I dig the crispy tacos. Beans are way to wet for me and they are way to heavy handed with the sour cream. Hot salsa is on point, but is best for dipping chips which can be hit or miss. Service continually goes down hill after each visit. For the love of good get some better hot sauce than Tabasco. If I wanted some spicy vinegar with my tacos,.... wait, no I dont want spicy vinegar, gross.

This Chipotle staff is not cooperative at all. They serve burrito bowl or any food stuff as if they are giving us free and we are beggars. When we are paying for the food, we should get it in proper quantity. I have gone thru many chipotle outlets but this one seems to be worst in terms of services.

It was extremely crowded there today, but the people working did their best. They were also very friendly and professional in a frustrating situation. They deserve an extra star for having the ability to smile at customers today. I dont think I could have.

Pretty subpar Chipotle in my experience. Often sloppy, poorly wrapped burritos. Loooong lines, more as a result of slow service than actual business. Food is otherwise typical of Chipotle, if you can just go to the Glastonbury or West Hartford stores.

I walked in for take out with my young son. We were greeted and helped with great enthusiasm by the crew behind the counter. It was fast and nice smooth experience. Anyone with kids knows its hard to juggle lunch time. Thanks for the great service.

The food is good but...the place is a mess! Its not clean and its not painted. A lot of people come here and they dont have enough merchandise to serve them. For example today they had no beers and the soda machine has some problems.

Food is alright, tasted better in the past. Didnt have a pleasant experience. Customer service could be better, the staff could be more friendly. A few of them looked miserable while serving your food. I wouldnt recommend to others.

Fresh ingredients for sure! Meats are usually cooked really well, and have good flavor. There have been a couple small incidents where Ive had to talk to the manager, but he very understanding and cares about his customers!

I used to love this place but it is not as good as it used to be. Chips are stale and salsa not so fresh. Last time, they ran out of lettuce and also lemon for iced tea. Staff is courteous and place is clean though.

Great food but the service needs some improvement. Had numerous occasions where i felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. Plus Limes! They serve Tex Mex and never have any limes available. Who does that?

Check your bill before leaving .. they charged us extra.. also they were so in hurry to close the shop that they did not ask for the quantity .. definitely not coming back..
