Most Paneras I have visited are pretty consistent with food and service when I eat in. This one continues to disappoint me almost every time I order drive through. The last two nights I drove through for the same meal; a bowl of the onion soup with a medium green tea a piece of bread and butter. Both times something has been missing from this simple order when I get it home. Yesterday, there were no croutons, no butter for the bread and of course no knife (why would I need it. I didnt get any butter anyways.. ). Today, there was butter, two bags of croutons, but no bread and no knife. (why would I need a knife, they gave me no bread to spread butter on). This has happened many times at this particular Paneras drive through. I cringe every time I need to get something other than a drink.. On the up side, the soup was good and so was the drink. I guess I shouldnt complain. After all I paid $8.65 and left a tip of $1.35 For that they get 2 stars. Should I decide to go back and use the drive through again, I am going to ask that they take everything out of the bag at the window and put it back in so I can see what is in there before I drive home and end up disappointed again..

Let me start by saying I have been to many Panera Bread locations and it is normally a great quick place to eat. Anyways, I stopped in the Webster location for the first time today and I ended up leaving without even ordering anything. There was a long line that wasnt moving, I actually saw one of the employees being horribly disrespected by a manager in front of a room full of customers, including myself obviously. The girl looked like she was going to be in tears and from what I could hear she didnt do anything to deserve being treated this way. I did see the nametag of the manager, which clearly states that she is a manager. Her name was Kareen or something like that. She was being very unprofessional screaming in front of everyone, I can only imagine how the employee felt. The girl who was being yelled at just kept replying "im sorry" and the manager just wouldnt stop so I decided I was too hungry to wait any longer. I hope thats not the way things are there all the time. I wont be returning to find out.

Panera Bread – Webster, MA – 4/7/2016 One of the things that I like about Panera bread is that they are consistent… They offer a well-rounded menu that is not only healthy but tasty as well… Before you commit to it, you know how many calories, how much fat and how many carbs… Therefore you’re able to make the right selection for you. Today I had a coffee, water and the “Pick 2” which consists of soup and salad… The black bean soup was quite delicious and the salad consisting of lettuce and tomato along with carrots was very good as well. I chose to have mine without the onions and cucumbers as I’m not a fan of those. Another thing I like about these places is that there’s plenty of space to get your work done… I’ll be back…

What a miserable soggy sandwich I just got from this restaurant. I couldnt even eat it despite being very hungry having skipped breakfast and lifting things in my workplace all morning . I am not prone to take issue with food quality but I feel compelled to warn others.

I love Panera Bread! Great. Food. Healthy food. Decent location. What more can I say? If youve never been to Panera, I promise you wont be disappointed. If you have been, then you know what I mean.

Ive gotten the wrong soup now twice when doing the drive thru. Ok course I dont find out until I drive the 20 miles home. This place is expensive...$10+ for a bowl of the wrong soup and an iced tea
