We had a birthday party and used Party Pizza. I ordered online and asked for a specific delivery time 45 minutes later. I wanted one half w 2 toppings and the other half w 2 different toppings. The website set up allows this but charges you full price for each topping. With this method we practically paid for another whole large pizza with partial toppings. The website didnt list how many slices are in a party pizza so I called to find it is 24 slices. After realizing the party size is only 24 slices I ordered a second party pizza with half pepperoni. I repeated my order and delivery time. The pizza arrived 30 minutes early and with no pepperoni on one. When I mentioned the time error the driver smiled and delivered the pizza. Not really his fault, hes just delivering. I called the store to voice my complaints on the order and time. The employee did apologize and stated he was very busy. So although the pizza was good, not stellar, Id give it only 3 stars for customer service, monetary value and detail on following order instructions. Probably wont order here again.

A nightmare. I specifically told them to call once outside and walk up the driveway because I have a pretty big dog. Instead he stomped through our Flowers and plants walked across the lawn straight to the door where our dog was going nuts. We opened the garage door, paid and tipped him and told him to use the driveway but he gave us attitude then he proceeded right through the flowers and bushes again. First and last time I order anything from.there. Unfortunate because the pizza was pretty good and aside from the horribly rude delivery I would have continued to be a customer

We tried Party Pizza for the first time yesterday and really loved it. We got a pizza and a grinder, both were delicious and arrived within the time window given on the phone when the order was placed. Certain other pizza places really skimp on the toppings, which irritates me to no end - not Party Pizza. You guys did a great job and we will be calling you back. Were so happy to finally find a great pizza place in this town!

Pizza was soggy in the middle, Delivery guy was very rude, He was not very gentle with the pizza it was all to the back of the box and the paper the pizza is supposed to be placed on was half under the pizza and half on top. Gave 2 stars because the taste was still really good.

I travel all over the New England States and have ate at a lot of different places. Party Pizza is by far one of the most flavorful places to eat. Salads are always fresh tasting and the dinners are full of flavor! Just awesome!

Surprisingly one of the better pizza places in the Cromwell/Middletown area. The prices are good and the service is respectable. The place looks kind of like a hole, but they make good food.

First of all, the staff was very nice from greeting to departure.....the white pizza was fantastic.....the steak and cheese grinder was delicious (a tad small, but tasty nonetheless).
