I go to Starbucks on a daily basis. Probably about $100 a week spent on coffee. This is by far the worst store Ive been to! Everything from being given the wrong drinks to just terrible customer service. I was going here about twice a week for maybe a year and watched as the quality gradually declined to the point where I drive so far out of my way to the closest starbucks that isnt this one just to save myself from spending $5 on a drink I didnt order or espresso that tastes like the person making it couldnt get the sink to work so they used water from their bathroom instead. If you want a good coffee go to one of the local places nearby or just about any other Starbucks.

I visit this store once a day. Ive been to many other locations and this location is by far the best. I can order any type of drink with sugar, milk, splenda or any other mix to my coffee and they will always add for me. Other locations will simply say the milk is over there. Good job!

I only like Starbucks coffee so couldnt really complain. However, this store always has freshly brewed coffee and service is tremendous. Once they messed my coffee and I a new one for free... Good not great ambiance but as usual quiet.all is all , this store will not disappoint you.

There are certainly more charming starbucks out there, but its probably the best cup of coffee in Wilmington, staff is great! They do not offer small-lot cups for coffee junkies. The drive-thru is usually very crowded I recommend using mobile order!

No flow of orders. My "dine in" order was sitting in take out for 10 min... Its a microwaved sandwich... I was almost done with my coffee before they found it.

Asked for bold coffee and the barista told me pike place was bold coffee which it is not bold ,its medium blend coffee. Need to find a new place for coffee
