We felt a high level of customer service at this location! It was such a hit for us to be here and spend some time working in a different "office" at Custom House Coffee. The host and baristas were super informative and helpful! They even gave us coupons for free coffee on our second visit. This was a great stop for us as we traveled through the area!

Really nice staff but the espresso was made bitter by extracting way too much liquid and the latte milk was scalded so hot that it was not sweet anymore. Maybe just a fluke for that one barista, the morning of July 31st. Cookie was almost grainy with sugar but thats a ”different strokes" sort of preference.

Frequent rudeness directed towards my age and gender from the staff made me stop buying coffee here after doing it weekly for 6 months (although it is very good :/) Disappointed and insulted enough to write this review. Sad to say I would rather brew at home than be regarded as a nuisance.

Awesome little coffee-shop with a great, cozy atmosphere, and more importantly, awesome COFFEE! Matter of fact, I have eaten there too, Paninis and muffins etc. Everything Ive tried is very good, and backed up by a happy, attentive staff. What more could you ask for?

Coffee is great! Been a few times and always greeted by a smiling employee. They dont have a bad breakfast sandwich either. Highly recommended place!

Maybe it was the steamy day, but I dont think so. The iced dark roast was spot on ~ thanks for having agave nectar as a sweetener option! Yum!

Dont just bail to Starbucks. This local roaster will give you great macchiato and atmosphere. Support the local guys.
