Staff gets 4/5 stars. The customers get bandages for their lobotomy scars. Anti social Starbucks. No understanding of pop culture at all. Youre better off talking with the napkin dispenser than a customer. The design of this interior is on par with a drunk frat guy vomiting off a balcony. The seating mini booth by the door should be the napkin/trash counter. The big painting should have a a long tall table in front of it, wired with power outlets and 12 stools. The inward facing bench should be a long counter with more, outward facing stools. Someone should label the front doors non descript handle according to which side of the door actually opens. First time here and myself plus 3 other people Ive watched have attempted to push the right hand side of the left-opening door. One woman left with 2 drinks and struggled with the heavy pulling door, unaware of the [handicapped] push paddle camouflaged 5 feet away. Starbucks doesnt give a fcuk about customer ease as long as they spend money. Its a coffee mill of customers. Youre a number...now go!

Try order Caramel Frappucino here but taste not same as the other branches so I asked for new one but he 2nd still taste bad. After a month already, I went to buy the same today but taste even worst... Like I drink "Milk Frappucino" not Caramel.. They even forget to put the caramel on top of whipcream and when Asked for it, the staff seem not satisfy to it. I bought it on June5th,2016 Newton Centre branch. I never have any issue with other branches. I think its about the staff is new, not train properly and do not concentrate for the drink. SAY GOOD BYE for this branch.

29 Dec 7:15pm, the staff stacks up tables and does sweeping, I thought she was about to close early but she said no. 8:15pm the other staff starts mopping the floor and clashing the mop to my high chair and table. I understand they want to close and go but seriously... the dirt and dust flew into my coffee while she was sweeping and clashing the mop to chair and table is like asking customers to buzz off. Worse experience ever of all the Starbucks I have been to worldwide. And to think its founded in USA.

literally saw a rat sneak up to where my table is, take the bread crumbs on the floor and go back behind the counter where the straws and napkins are placed. unbelievable.
