Excellent fresh bagels with a decent array of flavors. Good flavored cream cheeses and breakfast sandwich wraps. HUGE emphasis on local, humane meats, eggs, cheese and other ingredients. Their coffee is the best, even the decaf, that we dont brew at home. Not burned, not weak, not too acidic. Great prices. The only downside is that one of their servers is generally obnoxious, sometimes rude, and sometimes gets my order wrong. Since I live 40 mins away, and drive just for them, this can be a hassle if I dont check my order before driving home.

The gals waiting on you cant do enough for you. They are bright eager to please and so very congenial. I didnt know this place existed--until I did. Best sandwiches Anywhere.Did I mention the coffee? Their hazelnut is addicting but then thats my favorite.you just cant go wrong in choosing The Works.

This is a cute little place situated by a pretty babbling brook. They sell sandwiches and salads, many vegetarian and healthy meat choices. All of their salad dressings are homemade and everything we had was delicious! The owner was there sweeping up and making sure that everything was to our liking.

Bagel works offers friendly and excellent service. This is one of the very few reasonably priced restaurants in town. The staff are cheerful, the bagels are great, and $7.49 for lox on a bagel cant be beat! I send a lot of my customers there because I know they wont be disappointed.

Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the food was good. Lots of very healthy options, and unique things. A tad pricey, but its understandable so the employees get the pay they need. Overall, wonderful environment. Would reccomend

We had smoothies and got sourdough bread for home. Great stuff !! Store has bagels and coffee options as well with seasonal soups and pastries. Highly recommend to stop by for a breakfast, if you are in the area.

As a New Yorker and bagel addict, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their bagels. Didnt dive into the menu, kept it simple with bagels and cream cheese, but the coffee and OJ were also good.
