Food was very good. I got chicken wings, an Italian sub and a ham and cheese sub. The sub rolls were fresh and soft.veggies on subs tasted fresh. However the service was absolutely terrible. We walked in and were not even greeted by the three employees staring at us. We then ordered our food and the employee asking us questions was very soft spoken and hard to understand. We got the order to go and waited at a table while they prepared it which was filthy and Made me happy i ordered to go. Finally our food was done and they didnt even tell us. We waited five or so minutes before getting our food. We payed and left. We got no thank you, or even a goodbye. Good food, bad service.

Kid that took the order over the phone was rude. I asked for a chicken brocolli alfredo pizza, picked up the food, went home and there was nothing on it except alfredo sauce and cheese. The kid who took the order obviously doesnt care, he should probably get a different job for the summer.

I have been going to Upton house since i was a kid. It is definitely the best pizza and subs in the area you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu. The employees and owner have always been very nice to me and the service is excellent. I highly reccommend Upton House of Pizza.

Constantly get orders incorrect, will argue with customer on what they ordered, terrible service, food OK. Main Street pizza just up the street is MUCH better and friendly!
