I tried to take my sister out for a birthday dinner, went here and had nothing but problems. first, we asked for a table & was brought to a booth. I had to tell the woman a table with chairs. second, the only tables with seats were tables with pub chairs. They "remodeled" and took all regular tables out and put in booths. My sister is handicapped and cant sit in booths or high chairs so we did find one that was half & half. We ordered soup as soon as we sat down. Third, we ordered coffee & tea. we were told there are no spoons or coffee cups right now. (it was 3 in the afternoon) so we waited.... ok. finally got those. then the last straw, the waitress comes out and asks us if which soup do we want, then proceeds to tell us the soup we ordered as we came in is no longer available.... we just told her we will cancel everything and we left...

Recently remodeled bar finally lost the Old Oakn Bucket feel but is better lit, more comfortable and seats more people. Good food at good prices. Super friendly staff. Bone-in wings on Thursday nights and, during football season, Sundays. We love these wings and wish they offered them every night -- not that wed eat them that often but itd be nice to have the flexibility to go on other nights. Can be crowded at dinner time, especially in leaf peeping season when tour busses sometimes stop there for dinner. Trivia on Thursday nights can make for a long wait for a seat in the bar area.

This was my first visit to a 99 since we dont have them down south. I ordered the Meat Loaf (more like a hamburger steak) with mashed potatoes and corn. It tasted very much like food found in Meat and Three Diners found around Nashville. Our waitress/bar tender (Melissa) was very nice and provided very good service. They have several meals to choose from with a price of $9.99. We had a couple of beers to drink and they were very reasonably priced... Definitely recommend this place!

The best part for our family is the booths. They have partitions between two booths which can be removed allowing our six adults to sit on one side and the five children to sit on the other side. It works beautifully. There is something on the menu for everyone. The food is good and the service is good. I was only disappointed in my meal just once and we go there or do take out frequently.

Had lunch with a friend and the menu was not very friendly to those of us that are on low sodium diets. The "healthy choices" were unappealing as well. It took almost fifteen minutes for both my friend and I to find lunch. The menu choices are not very creative. Theyre "old boy meals" unlike a lot of newer restaurants.a The staff was great, but I will not return.

If I could make it rate in a negative manor this place deserves it. The owner/manager and staff need to learn what a hot meal is about. Sad when ice tea is warmer than the food. Only reason I ate here was because I met my granddaughter there. I will definitely not recommend this PLACE to anyone. I will use every media I can to worn people of this place.

Ive came here a few times now, and there has been a pretty consistent trend. First off, the staff is always super sweet. Second, the food meets a 4 star level, with only one error/bad meal since Ive been coming here (that i can remember). And third, the atmosphere is pretty relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

I really like this 99, service is friendly, food is good, and it is located fairly close to home, so its convenient even for take out. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience at this 99. My son and I are very happy with the food, the service, and the value.

Very friendly and helpful at this location. I called in for a pick up order apparently 15 minutes before they opened and they answered, were still very attentive and had my order ready within 10 minutes of opening.

The world most horrible restaurant and tiniest chicken brest more like pigeons. It was a disaster! then the mash potatoes smelled and were dirt! i will never...NEVER eat the again! 99 more like 66

Parts of order overcooked/burnt and looked like it was just thrown into container. Food everywhere. This was takeout. Wont be going back. This is my 2nd bad experience with them.

This 99 is mobbed with kids, kids with parents that dont seem to have taught them how to behave on public, management and staff seemed annoyed but unwilling to say or do anything.

So its Fathers Day weekend, and all I wanted was a big steak ......... so we got 99 to go, and I swear to God I got the smallest steak ever..... it was maybe two golf balls

What do you like about it? Share a tip.The convenience and comfort of a chain like T.G.I. Fridays or Chilis but with a homier feel. Very family friendly, and mostly locals.
