Ate there yesterday, not only was the deep dish pizza not deep- it looked like they TOOK OUT the bread dough to pout ingredients it was Really Hot spicy! Then we had a chicken parm dish-yikes! Not only was this extremley Hard on the eyes it was NOT AT ALL all that either! Beyond a shadow of a doubt one of the W O R S T restaurants I have eaten at in YEARS!!!!!!!~Waitress was not very friendly or even concerned about anything!

Good service, i went during the week with my two year old, wasnt sure what to get and the nice waitress pointed out the specials to me i never even knew Unos did. It was tuesday i think, and i got a big salad with crispy chicken and honey mustard and chose a half turkey bacon avocado sandwich wich was delish! Also, i didnt even know this either, kids eat free tuesdays!

Here on a Friday night . Not enough staff on. Long wait while 3 hostess chatting with themselves at front door. Finally seated after a 15 min wait to find the dining room nearly empty!!! Really???? Waiter very nice but had to take my food to go. Very hot and muggy in the place. Dont think I will come back to soon unless they get act together!!!

Hostess was a little rude with us because we asked to be moved from the small table they sat us at in the lounge. We didnt ask to be seated in the lounge and we were not asked if it was ok. There are three of us and one is over 6ft tall. There were plenty of empty tables open. Usually staff is ok and very friendly. Not today though.

Pizzeria Uno - the first chain Chicago style pizza to hit the area. We used to stop in just to buy the refrigerated ones to make at home. Absolutely excellent pies! Though theyre filling so be warned... I usually hit up the sausage and mushroom variety! Its a never lose proposition.

Did take out. Ordered chicken, broccoli and ziti. I received chicken broccoli and fettuccine. More than 1/2 of the fettuccine was hard, undercooked and stuck together. No utensils. Bread was inside platic with food that made it soggy. The staff was too busy to tend to customer service.

Service was horrible waited over twelve minutes for them to even ask what we wanted to drink then acted if we were putting him out. The food was good though wont be going there for awhile if thats how they treat guests

My lunch group are some tough customers, and theyve treated us well all along. Music can be a little loud and some tables arent comfortable, but its otherwise pleasant.
