Even if the words existed to adequately describe our amazing experience, youd be here all night just reading about it. Ill do my best to describe the important points. The lady hosting our table took the time to indulge our curiosity and give us a "tour" of basically their entire menu. That in itself was impressive... But then... The FOOD! I may not have been to Turkey to find out what exactly "authentic" is, but this place FELT like a whole new experience with fascinating and unique ways to appreciate a kind of cuisine Ive never had before, and this I know for absolute certain: Incredible care was taken to prepare and present our meals - NO short cuts, no cut corners, no gimmicks... Just REAL AMAZING FOOD that you can tell was cooked just for you and just that moment. Its worth easily thrice what they charge, yet they make it accessible to us all. PLEASE, TIP WELL!

Falafel here is cutlet shaped, delicious, and the size of a small hamburger patty. The pies, really all the bready things here, are fantastic. Its like a Turkish version of New Haven style pizza. Thin, snappy crust with savory fillings. The doner kebab is one of my favorite dishes in the area. Its shaved beef and lamb, fried in a pan. Bring a slice of American cheese and use the bread to make a mind blowing steak and cheese!

Clean, quiet, and yummy. What a nice restaurant. Turkish food has so much flavour. They were kind and helpful inside. The prices were quite affordable. The service was quick, but fresh not like it was frozen then thrown into a microwave. They also had a Turkish cooking show on which was nice to see and hear. Im new to the area, so this is definitely a place I will continue to go to and bring friends when they come.

Wonderful food and outstanding service. We ate there as a staff yesterday and tried a variety of foods. Everything was piping hot or really cold depending on what was required. Service was quiet yet efficient. Our waiter was a family member and took the time to answer questions, explain the menu items, give a little history re the item. It made for a very pleasant experience. Definitely going back.

A must try local Turkish cuisine. Authentic and romantic enough for couples. Kids friendly. Reasonably priced. Lahmacun (thin crust ground beef pizza) is the best. Staff is very kind that they greet you at the door. Salon and restrooms were very clean at two times I visited. Theres even a small chapel outside for Muslims to pray. Cons: No foamy homemade ayran drink :-)

This place has great food. I love the iskander kebab with a side of haydari. You wont be disappointed. We have even tried making the haydari ourselves, but they use full fat Turkish yogurt which isnt easy to come by. One take out tip. If you get one of the main dishes like iskander and a side of haydari, its easily enough for two people for under 20 bucks!

It was my older sons birthday and he wanted to try Turkish food. I did my research and decided to come here with his girlfriend and my younger son. I can only say the food was awesome and our waiter was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about all the dishes. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and can guarantee I will be back again..

I actually had many visits to his other location in CT since he opened it years ago but today was the first time I stopped by at this new location for lunch and I am glad I did. Doner was exceptionally delicious I will definitely make this a regular stop every time I visit Springfield area!

I love this place, started going when it first opened staff is very nice. They gave me a free Turkish Soda because I asked how it tasted. Usually get take out or delivery. The pepper served on the side of the falafel dinner is wicked hot! its good to cut it up and mix it in the rice.

I have never been more sick in my entire life. I ordered falafel platter from the place yesterday night. The taste was mediocre (being kind here) but something was horribly wrong with the food as the pains started in just under an hour and I have been really sick all night.

Incredible food. Had the lamb chops. So so good. Portion was great. Definitely recommend the baked mozzarella desert. It was out of this world. The server was very nice and knew all the details. Took us to dessert table and described each one. Highly recommend the place

Excellent, authentic Turkish food. Family owned restaurant. Doesnt look like much from the outside, but dont let that fool you. The food and the service will make you feel like youre in downtown Boston. (I happily drive all the way from Boston to eat here ;) )

This food is amazing and authentic. I havent had an Adana kabab this good since I lived in Adana. I have tried Turkish food all over the US including Boston and NYC and nothing comes close to Saray.

Food was awesome but customer service killed everything. Literally the worst management I have ever dealt with. They will tell you one thing, and then completely go back on what they said.

Small place with great meals and a different menu. On some days you can get frog legs, alligator, and jumbalia that is really good. Corn bread comes with most dishes and good seafood.

Wish they still had their liquor license. Other than that great service and tasty food. Large portions so be careful ordering too much.
