I stop here after a.long day from work to get some food for my boys. Something I rarely do and I was reminded why. As i Im waited for the food, I could.clealy see that one out of the three kitchen staff was wearing gloves while.handling food. Ive then noticed one of the employees rub his nose and then directly handle my Sons chicken tenders with his bare hands!! needless to say that I was disgusted as I saw this unfold in front of me. When the cashier came to the window with my bag I asked if that was typically practice in their kitchen. I asked for my money back as how when the manager eventually came to the window he actually had an attitude . He refunded me the money but before I had a chance to ask him to confirm if he in fact was the manager to express my concerns, he shut the window and sarcastically said have a nice day. To say that the experience was disgusting would be an obvious statement however to treat me like I was the one that did something wrong is an insult to injury!! stay away from this place

I have been to this location twice and both times was treated beyond rudely by a manager nonetheless. The first time I waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes and when we got the food it was only luke warm and not made the way I had asked. The second time my 20$ bill was ripped and the lady at the window whose name tag stated she was a manager refused to take my bill (even though legally its fine with banks) then instead of being polite and asking if i had another bill she literally threw my food in the trash. When I asked her to now remake my food she was incredibly rude. They refused to make a menu item that they serve by saying they didnt serve it at that location when i know they do. (I called the next day to ask) my overall trip the second time took almost a half hour in the drive thru! I now will drive to a different town to get burger king if I want it. This location is terrible.

The worst service manager ever named Tom. I was trying to order the 5 for 4 he said he couldnt give it to me because they running out of food it was 7 pm and how can you be running out of dinner food when this is a fast food restaurant. And then he said to me if I dont like what he said then I can get out of line and he wont be serving me at all. I ask for his name he refused. Then I went into the store I got his name and his words were. You dont have enough lawyers to complain about this burger King. So get the hell out my store. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a manager in a place like this. The customer service is awful and not good at all. I wouldnt eat in that place if it were the last place on earth to eat food out of. The worst place ever. Also as you enter the store it was very dirty and unsanitary. Im glad I didnt even eat there at all.

Jelina Ortiz obviously has a problem with being told "Im sorry that we dont have the items you would like. Can we get you something else?" Because she proceeded to complain and argue as if I was going to be able to magically manifest nuggets and bacon from thin air. And then proceed to harass me by coming inside and bothering my employees with threats of "getting us shut down". I never told anyone to "get the hell out". That all being said if you show me or our employees the level of disrespect that you displayed ON CAMERA service can and will be refused to you. We do enjoy serving the public as long as you can behave like a respectful citizen of the public.

I stopped here for a quick lunch on my way back to work after cashing my paycheck. An older gentlemen in front of me in line was a bit confused, couldnt find his money, and was really tying up the line, especially during lunch rush. After his second trip to his car, the young woman at the register really stepped up. She knew what my purchase cost, rang it out on the drive through register and I was back at work with 5 minutes to spare. To the young lady with the black glasses ( wish i had caught her name i was so impressed id call corperate to say you need a raise ) that was working lunch on 4-7-17 thank you so much!

This place is lucky its even receiving a 1 star from me. Every single time I have come here, without fail theyre out of the items Im ordering, one would think common sense would be at play to order their goods in an abundance instead of bare minimum but whatever thats too much brain power for them. If it was once or twice I would have easily written it off as bad timing, but its every single time. To top it off, the staff both at the window and inside all have attitude problems, my thing is if you dont like your job then quit instead of taking out your frustration out on customers just trying to order food.

Zero stars. Absolutely disgusted. NOT child friendly. The female night manager should not even be allowed to be employed there, she is beyond rude and unprofessional. This was the worst food service experience Ive ever had and thats sad because I,dont expect a lot from a fast food drive through. Seems with the other ratings a lot of other people feel the same. Not blaming burger king but whoever decided it was a good idea to employ the people I had to deal with that night. Do yourself a favor take the extra 3 miles to silver lane.

Ive been living in Manchester for over a year now, gone to this specific location numerous times and just a few minutes ago I stopped by all of a sudden my money is not good enough. Its fine Ill just take my business else where...as bad as the location is it still did business with then even on several occasions where the food was just nasty cold and tasteless I still tried and gave them my business so guess what not anymore.....

The food was warm-ish, they forgot our Diet Coke so we had to turn around just to go back, and when I come back to get the Diet Coke the front door was locked (we got the food at a drive thru) so I had to go and use the side door, its not a long walk but just why lock the front door if youre open, I feel like they forget things on purpose because they have nothing more amusing to do or they just cant do their only easy job.

They have no idea what they are doing ordered 2 whopper meals nothing special at all. One car in front of us no one inside order entered at 7:08 didnt get until 7:25pm. Order was correct except got fries and not onion rings. Soda cups arent full food sat on counter for a good 5 mins. Not sure what the issue was but the csr at the window and the manager looked completely lost.
