There was definitely a lack of social grace on the part of the lady at the counter. I went there because my girl insisted they had the best fried rice. First issue, we ate there and were given the most pathetic plastic forks that were barely functional. I had Mongolian beef which was non offending but rather bland. The Peking ravioli were good. My girl got general tsos chicken and fried rice. Her chicken was inedible hard little nuggets. Another issue was with the coordination in the kitchen. My food was ready and we waited probably 10 to 15 minutes for hers to be ready. Being a gentleman, I didnt eat my now cold food until her food was ready.

Delivery price is ridiculous when you pay $1.00 already then they want a min $15 order for one person... Crappy food.. Waited almost 2 hrs for delivery and the food was ice cold.. Who wants cold donuts?? I called and to complain and someone starting yelling at me that would be another hour before someone could come to get food before I receive a refund.. Then hangs up on me.. Horrible service.. Go to Fortune Wok or anywhere but here if you want Good Chinese Food!!! Waste!!!

Horrible, the lady answer the phone and was extremely rude, started yelling that the egg roll comes with the combo like I am supposed to know, end up just ordering from somewhere else, because I couldnt hear very well I asked if she could repeat the order and she said "oh my God are you kidding me". Is this how you are supposed to treat customers ???

I called and the woman immediately started yelling at me when I said Id like to make an order for delivery. She spent almost five minutes insisting I had just called and that she told me I needed to call an hour in advance for delivery... Needless to say I hung up on her and took my business elsewhere, permanently.

Horrible service. She caught a attitude with me in the beginning of the order than I needed it to be delivered and I was a 2$ short of 15$ min for delivery and they wouldnt do the order. Mind you I am a aid at Middlesex hospital a mile down the road from them. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL!!!!!!!!
