Excellent. I must say, its peculiar that its so difficult to find a decent Italian restaurant in this city, given the history of the South End of Springfield. Most of them are either mediocre, or are in such terrible neighborhoods that Im literally afraid to get out of my car when I get there (Lido Ristorante, Im looking at you). With that in mind, Olive Garden is the best overall Italian restaurant in town in my opinion. Ive never had a meal there thatd been anything other than excellent, the service is great, and the location is acceptable. The prices are great too. Five stars.

The waitress didnt check in often, even though it wasnt busy. She was confused and all over the place. It took 30 minutes just for appetizers and almost 2 hrs for entrees. Our appetizer (sampler, 2 choices, $9.99) was a portion of 3 pieces for each item (total cost of 5 bucks for 3 dinky motzarella sticks and 3 dinky zucchini slices) which is a "normal portion". Dont know if its worth my time and money.

Very unhappy the way I was surved when I went to pick up my food. Orderd pickup but when I arived it wasnt ready nor was it under the right name. Once one waiter brought out the order that she thought was mine was wrong, then proceeded to put it back and spilled the saled on me. All in all was a very simple order and I was very unhappy for the turnout.

Very wonderful dining experience. Waiter was very nice and proper very professional. Love this place!!!! Ashley the waitress was phenomenal very quick and constantly making sure we dont need something. Wonderful place to come relax and eat. Me and my sister have our sister have our twin date here everyweek and we have no complaints

Great in a pinch but Springfield doesnt have much of a choice in dinner hot spots around. Springfield needs to come up a notch. But Goodl old Olive Garden came through in a pinch. Good food plenty of salad and bread sticks to keep everybody mellow. Good food moderate prices and great service keeps this old franchise afloat.

Waitress was 100% perfect. I got the "eat one, take one" for $12.99. Great deal. You get one entre at the restaurant and take one entre home and it was delicious. Free WiFi. General manager was there talking to diners and taking photos of them when asked.

Customer service is always great. Food is great, of course. Their Zuppa Tuscana is amazing. Ive only ever had one bad experience and that was because the waiter didnt really care to go above and beyond; but 9/10 times youll have a great experience!

The Braised Beef and ricotta gnocchi(?) was amazing especially with the Grand Estates Cabernet Sauvignon it is excellent at THIS location cannot comment on others. And I didnt even know, all it is, is like " dumplings " GREAT .

They have great drinks. Their food on the menu always looks great. Never comes out the way it looks. Only eaten there a couple of times its not real Italian food. But the staff is always friendly. Cant do wrong with salad.

Great food and atmosphere. I always leave this place stuffed and with leftovers for later, but the food is so good. Very warm and inviting, a great place to go and actually enjoy a hearty meal and conversation with others.

Horrible.....Cold food ,had service. Even wrote to the general manager who couldnt even be bothered to respond. The ones in Florida which are closer to their main office are like night and day. Way better.
