Well lets start from the beginning. We were seated, waited...5 minutes later a kind waitress came over greater us. I got a 1/4 sip of complimentary wine and she took our drink order. We waited....10 more minutes. My husband and I began to wonder if a coke and a water were specialty order drinks. It was a different lady that brought out our bread sticks, prior to us getting our drinks. The waitress asked us if we were ready to order, its a shame that I hadnt made up my mind, cause as soon as I said I wasnt, she was gone...but we had questions...but she was gone. So we used google to answer our questions...then she came back 10 minutes later, took our order. My husband choose salad with his entree and I chose soup. She asked me what kind of soup to start. I got Zappa Tuscana. Our soup and salad came out timely. As we ate she stopped in, asked if we wanted more salad or soup. Salad was a no, soup was a yes. As soon as I said yes, she was off..I didnt get to tell her what kind I wanted next...I was wondering if she was going to buzz back through or if yes I wanted more soup meant that she assumed I wanted the same kind. So I looked at my husband a little dumbfounded, a little frustrated...a guy brought my soup to the table," it was a -drop it like its hot " kind of moment. So now I have a bowl of soup that I didnt want, but it was hot like soup should be. It was nice and quiet, when all of a sudden two men employees started an argument that seemed to have stemmed from the kitchen and was carried out onto the floor in front of all customers seated near by to see and HEAR. And the words that we heard were not only vulgar but racial.. the table across from us had two young boys, and the mother was telling them to stand back against the wall. The table in front of them had four younger kids...and now put into the mix that some of these patrons and their children were of different races. Besides the "F" bomb being dropped multiple times, the ghastly " N" word was also hollered multiple times. The whole experience was frightening, but mostly it was a disgusting way to spend birthday meal. We pretty much lost our appetites after that. We didnt stay much longer after that but to get the waitress to bring us some to go containers and pay our bill. She was quite busy apologizing and explaining to patrons what had happened. We were extremely dissatisfied with the situation and the way it was handled. We learned that those two employees had just recently been involved in an altercation ruining a fellow employees party on Friday night, now all these peoples meals and evening on Sunday...the waitress also stressed that she was just about feed up with working like that, and that she hopped that they wouldnt be coming back again.. Yes, I just said again..that is what she said. So kudos to the two LOSERS for acting like a couple of delinquents that just got their first job out of the ghetto. Now another reason why we were so disgusted was while leaving the restaurant, one of the two employees was still in the parking lot, hat on backwards, talking while a car had little children crying in it...another group of kids probably frightened by that monster...needless to say we wont be back there, and you better believe we will tell everyone we know..

The waitress that seated us was very rude. First off, she had that "I hate my job" attitude and tone to her voice. It was lunch time, so I can understand that a little, which is the only reason this is not a one star review. After a short wait, we were taken to a table in the middle of the room and sat without a high chair that we had asked for, so I asked if we could have a high chair again and she snidley replied "Im getting one." When she came back, I noticed an empty booth and asked if we could sit there. Im pregnant and we have a toddler so I didnt really want to be in the middle of the room or sit on their hard wooden chairs. She said no because we couldnt have a high chair there due to safety hazards so I asked if we could wait for a booth where we could have a high chair. She rolled her eyes at me and told me no she had already gotten us a table and she briskly walked away. Needless to say, we left without eating. I couldnt imagine sitting through her attitude throughout our entire lunch. IF we return to this Olive Garden location, I can only hope that this waitress is no longer working there.

Landscape outside is modern and appealing. Upon entering the lobby, it immediately smelled foul, like the restaurant never cleans the area. I understand restaurants get busy, but first impressions last forever, and it straight up stunk in there. It smelled almost the same once being seated. Our server was nice, but never told my Family and I her name. Also, she never told us our youngest had a drink included with her kids meal, because we all ordered waters with lemon. Hello, that shouldve been disclosed right away because it is included in the bill and meal. The server did ensure my daughter left with a drink, however, she should of received it during the meal, so she got a smaller tip. The salad was awesome and also the bread. The food was alright.

I love Olive Garden but lately, anytime I order from there Im dissapointed. This last time I ordered take out and picked it up. The first thing that upset me was that the breadsticks were over cooked. The second thing I seem to find all the time even ordering in the restaurant is my fettuccini Alfredo never seems to have enough sauce. They used to put plenty but now it seems they put so little I might as well have ate plain noodles. Not very happy. So please keep in mind that Alfredo sauce... There cant ever be too much

While vacationing up in Connecticut we decided to stop at the Olive Garden in Waterford, Ct. We wanted to order takeout to bring back to our hotel. The staff and manager could not be more helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so inviting and all is extremely clean. We were greeted with smiles and the staff could not do enough to accommodate our order. We highly recommend the Olive Garden in Waterford. The food is excellent and the service is amazing!

My fiancee took me here for our anniversary and it was AWFUL! They messed up our orders multiple times, the service was beyond slow, part of our cash back after paying "went missing", the bread sticks were crunchy and overly seasoned, some of the food was gritty and when we got home and put the second free dish into the fridge we noticed that the food in there was NOT what we ordered. The server was rude and i overall would NOT go to this olive garden again.

Our experience at Olive garden was terribly disappointing. One of had soup as an entrée but was brought up out with the salad and bread sticks 30 minutes the other 2 entrée finally came out and they incorrect.. at that point we had enough we went to pay for what we did have the manager seemed very professional and already realized from the Chief that there was a problem.. they offered to get our food right out but after waiting for 50 it was a loss
