By far the best burgers in the area. Yes it is pretty much burgers, (hence its called five guys, burgers and fries) Based on the name of the business alone people should be more surprised they offer more then burgers and fries at all. The service is phenomenal and you will always be greeted by a a friendly staff. Unlimited additions to your burger, they dont nickel and dime you to add mushrooms, hot sauce, fried onions, etc. (and I recommend you do!) cheese is the only thing that costs extra to add more. Fries can pretty much always be shared if your looking to save money because they go overboard on the small fries and are by no means stingy. Also be aware that the small burgers are one patty as opposed to two, they are otherwise rather large and you may be just fine with the small, we arent talking about a ridiculously small and unappetizing burger from McDonalds, or Burger King. They are also super convenient. You can place your order online or from an easy to use app on your Iphone or android with no worries. You can even specify the time of pickup and I can attest to the fact that your burger will be ready and hot. Fries arent made until you get there to ensure they are as fresh as possible so dont be surprised by a short wait for them when you arrive.

Finally ate at 5 Guys Burgers and Fries...pretty damn good burger for CT. Zero competition!!! I would say easily the best within 50 miles!! $5.40 for a cheeseburger but they are pretty jam packed with fixings of your choice. The only downside is the parking lot/leaving the parking lot onto Route 161...bound to be some accidents and traffic when summer officially arrives. Just hope they eat 1st crash 2nd. I cant see how anyone would ever go to Burger King, Wendys or MacDonalds again....ok maybe for the parking but thats it!

If I were rating on food/service alone, it would definitely be 5 stars, but I took one away for the atmosphere. It is sort of like a mix between a tavern and fast food place. But they have the BEST burgers and fries, hands down. Value-wise, theyre nothing special. Today, I spent $15 for my wife and I to each have a burger and fries, and we shared a drink (free refills :-). I would recommend this to anyone, but you might wanna consider taking it to-go.

AWFUL SERVICE. Without fail they mess up the order. The hamburger you order IS NOT the hamburger you get. This is particularly irritating when ordering takeout since you dont discover their mistake until you get home. If you want a refund you have to go back to the restaurant. You are better off going to Burger King. The burgers are just as greasy and they are more likely to get your order correct.

Place is fine but when we when they haf no burger. they have to wait there manager to arrive to open the new burger box i guess. it seems there manager was late or it got over before his schedule arrival. this was my first time in this location. although the person who served was nice but unfortunaty because of this outof stock for a known burger surprised us.

This place has the best fast food. If you have even the slightest peanut allergy fund another place they have open boxes of peanuts and the fryer oil is also peanut oil. The fries are gluten free I have a daughter with celiac and she has strong reactions as long as the server changes gloves we have been good.

Weve been customers since they opened and have never been disappointed. Fast, courteous service. Orders have been perfect every time. Even when its hopping, they keep the food moving off the grill and the restaurant neat. A few extra bucks? Sure. Definitely worth them

Not many people understand what the true atmosphere of a Five guys is... The food is phenomenal, with great prices, free refills and unlimited peanuts. With the throwback diner look and peanut shells scattered everywhere, it reflected what a Five Guys should look like.

The burger was great. The fries were perfectly cooked. The soda was amazing perfectly blended. The bacon in the burger was the best I have ever had. The service was amazing and I got free peanuts. I also got head in the bathroom so thats good too.

Ive been to many Five Guys and this one is great. Nice and clean place, easy access and nice parking lot with a couple shaded spots. The outside seating is a treat to have and the AC inside is wonderful on a hot day.

Pretty soon a burger, fries and a drink will cost you 20 dollars. I can eat elsewhere for less, maybe not as fast. Think about it, bacon cheeseburger, small fries, small drink 15 plus dollars.

Service is almost always on par here. Great tasting burgers a whole helping of fries and a cool atmosphere. Remember, this place is a little more costly than other chains but its worth it.
