Honestly the food and fruit smoothies are amazing here but the service is terrible. Just beyond TERRIBLE. The staff is very very rude, they wait on you with a poor attitude and the wait time is ridiculous. They brought our food out and 5 minutes later brought us our drinks as if we werent choking on our food yet. I was with my 2 little nephews and our waitress was just not accommodating at all. She overall had a really annoyed presence.This place has a lot of potential to be successful but please train your staff with the proper customer service skills that they will need to be able to thrive the business.

I wouldnt let see the decor of the restaurant bother you too much. Keeping in mind that is an immigrant family who have put this wonderful place together, the food is quite delicious. Ignore anyone who says that the service is lacking...They are just shy about their English but genuinely try to serve people well. They do fall at ease if you speak French or Creole! The fried goat was a little dry for my taste, but my friend was in love with it. The chicken with sauce and fried fish with sauce on the side were the best flavors for me! Check it out soon.

This food here is wonderful. The fried goat tastes just like well marinated steak tips, and the chicken wings are fabulous! BUT I feel I must warn anyone who is not Haitian or black, you WILL be treated coldly by the most of the staff. There is a very noticeable difference in the way they treat customers. It might be better for non Hatian customers to get take out so you can still enjoy the excellent food without being made to feel unwelcome.

Food usually good but I believe all restaurant should provide customers complete utensils with their take out food that include knife, spoon and fork. Several times i bought food from them my utensils wrap always missing a knife. When I asked them can I get one so I can cut my plantain and meat the guy told me we just dont have it and it is not for that one day its all the time.

Stopped in for breakfast, waitress tried her best, ordered an omlette which was very spicy, menu didnt say it was...there was no ham, ordered wheat toast, no wheat toast as well, got coffee, no cream for the coffee either...Unable to give me a bill, problems with machine...seems like nice place, but minor issues may shadow the hard work placed to start this business.

Food was poor, service fast and pleasant. Buenos Rancharo is not even close to the real thing. No corn tortilla, over-cooked eggs hidden under a mound of feta cheese. Could even reach the eggs without mounds of beans and Pico de Gallo tumbling onto and burying the eggs again.Its a simple dish, better tasting and less expensive.

The food here is good, but due to the customer service I will never go back and I live right in the new development of Assembly Row. Go to Highland cuisine, which is just a short drive away but worth it. Ive told them to step up there customer service repeatedly, so now Im done.

We ordered fried goat and fried fish.. the souce provided smelled llike it went bad a week ago.. the food was extra fried and chewy. Service was ok. There are many other better Caribbean restaurants out there. I would not recommend this place.
