Let me start by saying I will never eat at this place again !! We went in on a Sunday morning They only had two waitress working in the whole place, which is obviously not enough because it took us 15 min to even receive our menus. Our waitress was an old and mean woman who snipped at us and gave us dirty looks every time we asked for any thing. When the food finally arrived we all started eating, Until my daughter pulled a bread tie out of her mouth that was in her bite of eggs . My husband called over our waitress a quietly informed her about the bread tie. she looked straight at my husband and asked him " what do you want me to do about it "? My husband who is always respectful then asked to speak to the owner .The owner came out and we told her the story and we asked for JUST the eggs to be taken off the bill . ((( get ready for this ))) The owner said she would not take off the eggs because my daughter had already taken a bite !?! I have been a waitress myself for 5 years . I Have never seen or heard of anything like this place . We paid and left and will never return !!

This restaurant is under new management and the lighting was changed, so now I have a hard time focusing on what I am reading. The bathrooms are very small and do not accounted the handicap. They are under staffed alot of the time which causes discrepancies in yourr bill. Some of the waitresses that have been there for a number of years think they have the right to do what they want. One of them actually complained to me that I didnt give her the correct tip. I always leave 20%.

I have been here four or five times. The food is great and you have to get their homemade bread. Seriously, get the bread. The service has been great every time. It is a tad pricey, so I do not frequent it so much. There are probably five or six tables and a booth in the back for larger parties. It is a nice quaint part of Haverhill.

I use to enjoy the atmosphere but it seems to have gone downhill the wait staff use to be great as well till after the new owner came in now 1 Im told is named Linda and she was seen arguing with a customer! Gina a newer one came in and out 2 favorite are there minimally. Marcia and Michelle rock,!!!!!!!
