I like eating here. I eat here atleast once a week with my husband and children. I enjoy the burgers, fries and pancakes. (that strawberry syrup tho....BOMB!) However my problem is the silverware always looks dirty, foggy and nasty and im never afraid to complain or request a new set. Also it lost another star because sometimes my meals arent cooked to par. However staff is very nice and love to talk to you. They look like they enjoy the job. We never really have to wait for a table. Only since i recall waiting but it wasnt long. I love the window tables however they always have the AC on which is UNINVITING in a dining room. My food gets cold and me and my family get cold. Even in the winter.

It has been a very long time since I had the pleasure to visit this IHOP. However there are things that really make a restaurant stand out. First off, the food is excellent and the portions are generous for those that bring their appetite. My last visit was with my mother. I had taken her out to brunch and had a great time. The waitstaff was very attentive and cheerfully handled a couple of small requests very quickly. Upon leaving, the shift manager walked us to the door and thanked us for visiting. Its the personal touches that help make a visit memorable as well as repeatable. Only my schedule has kept me away for so long.

Took my family of 5. 3 adults and 2 teenage girls. They put us in a booth. When I asked to be moved rather than yes sir what I got was these booths are made for 6. As I am the largest of the group at 175., the booth is not adequate for pretty much 5 adults. The service was slow and the food warm at best. I will not visit IHOP again.

The food was good but they advertise "kids eat free" So me, my husband & two boys went for dinner, so my boys food should have been for zip. So when we got the bill, there was no discount. I asked the waitress why was there no discount? She said its not automatic, if you dont ask, you dont get it!!!! Sneaky bastards

It was my first time in this IHOP and was served by David M He was very friendly and polite. We had our steak come back a little red he took it back and had it done my way. It was was very apologetic about it. Active an extra star frtom us The Martinez fam Thank you David M

Its Ihop, so you have to expect that its not going to be mind blowing. However, the service here is ALWAYS amazingly quick, the servers are attentive, and the food options are pretty varied. This is definitely one of our go-tos for breakfast items no matter the time of day.

Im always a fan of IHOP, but my experience here was okay at best. The food was fine, but the waitress forgot one of our partys drinks and ketchup. Also, dont bother with the seasonal pineapple pancakes -- the pineapple is so bland all it does is add a weird texture.

Reported the bad service I recieved to the manager and the waitress followed my family outside . and began yelling at us. Telling us we were the worst customers ever. Bayan thanks for showing us how you treat customers. I will follow up with district manager.

Good for an iHop chain. The food is better than most iHops Ive been to and the service is always consistently good. Hard to give 5 stars to an iHop, because there are better options out there, but if iHop is your thing, this is a really good one.

This IHOP has some of the best food I have had from the IHOP franchise. It may seems like it is going to be a wait when you get there, but they are able to move the customers relatively quickly. The food is worth the wait as well.

ZERO STARS!!! Undercooked food, dirty cups and silverware, and my wife and I both had the runs immediately after getting home. I will never eat there again! Thank goodness the kids didnt eat whatever my wife and I did.

Normally love this place, but i dropped 1 star because during this particular visit, they were out of ice cream for shakes and out of sour cream for my quesadilla. But the staff is always smiling and accommodating.

I order pick up from here about once a week. This is the best IHOP I have ever eaten at. The food is consistent and good. Turkey sandwich is my favorite. Great job by the cooks at this location. Give it a try.

Dont expect to be greeted kindly. The omelettes and pancakes are delicious, but the food doesnt always get delivered while its still hot. I have been there twice since April and the staff was rude both times.

Clean. Was dead this last Sunday visit BUT normally very busy. I got the Breakfast Sampler for roughly 12$ I think. Came with pancakes,bacon,ham,sausage and hash browns! Lots of food for a good price.

Our waiter ignored us. We asked for ketchup multiple times through the meal and never got it. I also found plastic in my pancakes. I will never be going back to this establishment.
