I used to love coming here for the country fried chicken, their white gravy is SO good! But that past 2 times I came have made me NEVER want to come back. Last month me and my boyfriend were seated, the table had spilled beer all over it. The hostess said she would get a bus boy. Ok, no problem. Stuff happens. Waited and waited, no bus boy, waitress finally comes. We tell her the bus boy didnt come. He takes our drink order then brings our drinks. Bus boy still hasnt come. She physically goes and gets him. He has this dirty black bucket, with sewer water in it, there was pieces of lettuce and rice floating in the water. He wipes the table down with the dirty cloth from the bucket!!! I said "Are you serious" hes said "YUP" and walked away. We told the waitress, she was nice and apologized. Offered us a free blooming onion, but we said no thank you. Food came out and was tough and over cooked. Disappointing. Last night we came again, because we were craving that chicken figured give them a second chance. My chicken was old or something and was like chewing leather. My boyfriends came out ok, but also tough, but didnt taste old, so we just spilt his and didnt eat the other one. Yes Im aware this is a steak house. Yes Ive had steak there too. But we love that fried chicken and just because its a steak house, doesnt mean our chicken should be over cooked to inedible and old tasting. This makes 3 bad trips in a row and wont be going back.

This was my first experience - and last with Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a pickup order for my boyfriend and I. Where do I begin... Well, I was on hold for about twenty minutes when trying to call in my order. Five of these twenty minutes were dedicated to the girl trying to add up the total of our order. It was $22, between two meals. The chicken I got was literally just a GIANT slab of flat, dry, overcooked fried chicken with no flavor or seasoning. I had to rip it apart to find a lot of the chicken. Why was it so dry? Maybe because it was missing the "homemade gravy" that was supposed to come with it. My salad was decent. The mashed potatoes were okay at best, but I really wish they were mixed better considering some bites had heaps of black pepper in them. I got the "Road Kill" for my boyfriend - medium. It was a rare burger patty with barely cooked onions and mushrooms on top and a giant heap of melted cheese that hardened into a brick. My boyfriend has had Texas Roadhouse before, I have not. He was very excited about the rolls and "sweet butter". I would have been more excited had one of the rolls not been practically raw. You could actually pull raw dough off of the roll, it was that undercooked. Im just seriously unimpressed with this place and I will never, ever eat from here again. I really hope my boyfriend doesnt get sick, the rare burger really didnt look too great.... Just go to one of the other restaurants in the area :/

I asked for a combo ribs & steak cooked medium. The steak was dry and over cooked to well and the ribs were rubbery. Out of the whole meal i only ate the mashed potatoes which were on the blain side and the corn with some sauted mushrooms and the mushrooms were the best part of the meal. The waitress tried to get the manager to discount us for the steak and him and some other kid offered us peanuts instead so the waitress was pissed and finally managed to get the discount of $8 on our order. I already knew i wouldnt return here so the discount was fine. But they insisted on giving me a new steak to take with me but at this point i really was no longer interested in steak from this restaurant and my friend was laughing cause he used to cook there. Guess i should have gone to his new place cause this guy can cook a steak. The cook at texas roadhouse should have been more on the ball no one wants to eat a dried out piece of cardboard for steak the whole experience was just awful. Sorry texas roadhouse i wasnt impressed. If it wasnt for the bloomin onion and sauteed mushrooms i would have starved.

The wait time was 10-15 minutes. Which was great considering it was a Saturday night. Our waitress was very on top of things and polite, as well as the other front of house staff that were working. They were very quick to fix our seating when the saw my Grandmother was going to require a certain type of table due to her walker. Our food was cooked accordingly, and came out promptly. There was ample time in between appetizers and the main courses, which the same cannot be said for most restaurants I have visited. The portions were also what you would expect from an all American restaurant, large. It is definitely worth what you pay for it. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect it to be for a family restaurant themed around Texas. It is definitely not a place for those who do not like screaming kids and loud background noise. Overall it was a great experience.

I dont usually gush over restuarants but I like Texas Roadhouse and so does the family. Its not the cheapest place but the staff is always friendly and the food is really good. The one time I had an issue when they gave me the wrong steak they went over the top to fix the problem. Everyone from the waitress to the manager to the cook were all great. If you like steak this is a great option. For me the Ribeye is the best. The side dishes are not an afterthought the are done really well. If you have never been there before let them know and they will give you sides to try for free which I thought was cool except they were all so good I couldnt make up my mind which to order, I have been back many times and have tried them all. The lines are often long but they really do move along at a good pace.

Horrible service, over 20 mins waiting for our appetizers and drinks which we never got, our meals came and I asked about the drinks and appetizers and the waiter said opps I forgot, I told him to forget the apps and please bring us our drinks, we started eating our meals, the taste was off and did not take another bite and then the drink were served in dirty glasses, I asked to speak with the manager and he too couldnt believe the ordeal we were having and tried to correct the situation but I was already repulsed by the taste of the food and very poor service... I heard so much about this place but it was the first and last time I will ever dine at this establishment... The worst ever... Never again..

My family and I were on vacation and came to this Texas roadhouse in Brockton Mass. We sat at our table and found butter smeared on the wall, an empty beer bottle that was clearly not ours, and cobwebs all over the plants above us. Even though the manager ended up taking care of our meal, we were very very disappointed. We have traveled all down the east coast and have never seen a dirtier restaurant. I do not recommend anyone going there unless you want a terrible experience and above all our FIRST server wasnt friendly either. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
