After calling ahead and finding out there was no wait our party if 5 arrived at the mostly deserted Ihop. We where seated immediately, our server was very dull, she didnt smile once. We ordered our drinks about 5 minutes later. After about 15 minuets waiting we ordered our meals. No one in our party was either checked on, or received there meals for about 45 minuets after ordering. ( all meals where either pancakes, waffles,homefries, salad or chicken tenders) when I was up to use the restroom I noticed a group of employees chatting around a table in the other side of the dining room. ( that explained how infrequently we where checked up on) when we finally received our food, 3 of 5 people in our party their meals where room temperature, the homefries where grease the buttermilk pancakes where soggy, and we didnt even have enough utensils, but we got a single refill on the most epencive drink. About 20 minuets later we got our check and left,with a very poor tip. Definitely going somewhere else next time we want a late brunch. ***after 45 minuets 2 of the 5 people in our party got an Ill stomach..

I cannot believe the service at this place. We were seated in the back because according to the hostess, the waitress for that section was having a slow day. We sat there for 10 minutes before she showed up from the kitchen and when she wanted to write down our order, noticed that her pad was empty. So she leaves and returns 2 minutes later with a piece of paper. She took our order and we waited for almost 45 minutes for the food. Meanwhile another waitress came out with coffee and served my husband. We asked for sugar and she went to get it but never returned. Eventually our waitress came out and when we again asked for sugar, she said theyd RAN OUT OF SUGAR!! A restaurant!! Our waitress had 3 tables and mixed up our orders. Then she proceeded to tell the table next to us about her bad day from an earlier patron. Our food was disgusting and even though I love Crepes, Id rather drive to another town than eat here again. Please go to the Brockton iHop to experience this f*ckery firsthand.

Now I know why I havent been to this place in years. I came to eat with my daughter I ordered the sampler and got her the create a face pancake when we got our food mine was fine but on my daughters plate there was a half dead fruit fly and a very long black hair on her plate. Now my first thing was is how did nobody see this, my second thing was wtf is going on in the kitchen? I couldnt find my server but there was about 6 of them in the front I brought the plate over to them and showed them the bug at first I thought was dead but then started moving and the long hair on the plate. They quickly got the manager who comped my entire meal. My only issue was is that he seemed more concerned about the hair than the actual bug on my plate. I also went to put salt on my food and oh and behold more hair in the salt shaker. This place is gross and I will not be returning.

This place use to be good. They need to bring back the original wait staff. These new waiters suck. A waitress told us one moment to be seated. She went and waited 3 tables. Watch as the staff stood in back doing nothing but talking as more people started to come in and just look and continue ro have a conversation. The 1st waitress that told us one moment came back to the front and proceeds to checkout another table. Another waiter came to the front and took the people that came in after us and sat them. She stood there and didnt say a word that we was next to be seated.Had to be rude just to get a seat. Waited 10 mins before drink order was taken. Another 10 mins before a cup of coffee came to the table. Order a salad and fries. Took 20 mins ro get that.

Im only giving them a star beacuse I have to, other then that I wouldnt give them a star. I never liked going to The Ihop in brockton, but my kids begged to go. The host wasnt even welcoming, she sits us down and walks away. After going through the menu, I realized not one waitress has approached us. We waited 20 min for me to tell the host that We havent been attended. She walks out back to have someone attend our table. Waiting another 15 min to hear waitresses fight , that not their table. We had enough and left. As we are walking out, the host apologizes, all I could do is laugh. Horrible please!! If your hungry, dont bother going!

Our waitress checked on us twice in the 90 minutes we waited for cold food. Didnt remember who ordered what, and it was 50min we had been seated before we got our food. Food was Luke warm, 2 of us got sick afterwards. While looking around to see what was going on (there were 9 tables with people at it in the whole place, including our 4top) I saw the other side of the building empty besides 6 employees sitting around laughing and watching YouTube on their phones. 80$ to wait an hour and a half for awful food that made us sick... This place needs to go out of business ASAP.

Arrived at IHOP at 1 got seated pretty quickly ask for the table to be washed never happened it was a large spill in front of our table nobody went to try to clean it up then 20 minutes 25 minutes to go by and still nobody to even come and get our drink water finally when the gentleman did come over to get our order it was rush rush rush we couldnt even get the words out of her mouth before he wanted to turn pivot and run spoke to the GM and hopefully things will get taken care of bonus no one came to our table the minute we got food nobody came to the table highly disappointed

Ive actually Heard that the food was terrible and the service was just as bad.But..... I went about 2 weeks ago & I had a great experience the food was delicious.. I ordered Breakfast because thats all I eat fro IHOP.. My Waiter I think it was Michael was awesome he kept our drinks filled & made sure we were pleased.I went on a thursday morning around 10 a.m. that may be another reason why I had such great service.. I plan on going back just to see if anything differs from my last visit & my kis love it

I previously been to many ihop (even ones out of state) before I went to this one. Now dont get me wrong, Ihop is my all time favorite restaurant, so when I heard that were making an Ihop in brockton, I almost died of excitement. When I went there first 2 times, it was the worst experiences I had at resturant. But, I recently went there last week and I notice that is was getting better. the only issue I have were the waiters but I understand bcz the place is alway busy. Will I be goin back?......yes

Host didnt even say hi they just said how many we sat down and waited for twenty minutes for a server and watched other parties be served within minutes and have atleast drinks. I wanted to treat my girlfriend out but we will have Stonebrigde instead...and in less then ten minutes im at stonebridge seated served and food on the way way to go ihop
