Let me start by saying I am a business owner so I very rearly leave a bad review I would much rather leave a good one. Let me start by stating the website states they are open till 9:30. We arrived at 8:45 due to a meeting running late (there was 6 of us). We walked in they sat us next to some really obnoxious people and another table that was having a meeting. To start the waitress didnt even get the drink order right. We got up to get our food, the hibachi grill was closed down and most of the food which was very limited amounts was cold and looked like it had been sitting all night. The salad bar area was mostly put away. The sushi was missing all the good normal sushi and all that was left were a few pieces of uneaten dried up pieces... We hadnt even got to dessert and the ice cream had all been put away.This is the worst experience ever at any establishment. Not to mention we were still eating our meal and they came over with the bill and started pacing while we finished eating. I wasnt even up from the table and about 5 of the wait staff started cleaning the table around me... I will never return nor will I send any more business to them. I dont suggest eating here they are totally unprofessional!!

First off i was waiting for 20 minutes beifre anyone came to greet or seat me. When we were seated our waiter was very rude and impatient. Acted like it was a hassle to give my family and i drink menus. After we had ordered our drinks we got up to get the food. The drinks came 15 minutes after we sat down and only 2 at a time. The alcoholic beverages were undrinkable. There was too much alcohol in them. Im sure if i continued to drink my drink after the first few sips i wouldve gotten alcohol poisoning. I called over my waiter to tell him and he blaintly acted as though he didnt care. He went to his manager, who was also the bartender, came over and seemed quite offended that my fiance and i didnt like her overly boozed drinks. She charged me for one drink when neither of us drank either drink. She was so offended that we didnt like her drinks and she became quite unprofessional and refused to take both drinks off the reciept. The food wasnt that much better either. Instant heart burn. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. That is the first and last time i will ever go to that buffet. I dont recommend going there if you dont want to spend your night and day on the toilet.

Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I wouldnt let my dog eat leftovers here. I was joining my family today after traveling from 1 hour away. I approached one of the staff members not realizing I was connecting with the manger to see if it was possible for another table to be added. The manger got an attitude and said do what you like and walked away. Left in confusion I re-approached her and said, "Im a little confused is it ok to merge the tables." "Her reply, "Cant you see Im busy?" Mind you she was cleaning chairs with same table she washed the table with. How disgusting!!!! Moral of the story I went to the front desk and expressed my concern and the other 2 men (I believe owners husband and Sushi maker said nothing). I kindly excused myself from my family and informed them I will be departing because I do not give my hard earned money to people who are rude and disregard my concern. Eat here if you dont mind being belittled.

They have good food, no doubt about that. I like the array of american and asian mixes of food together all in one Buffet so that i can eat comfortably. This palace is always packed but they will always have a seat for you and your family. Its well spaced out so that you can easily walk through Isles getting and bringing food. Food quality never disappoints me. They always fill your cup and continuously take plates from your table to clear it so you can eat comfortably. Staff look happy and conversate with you. However, The bathrooms are disgusting, the silverware, plates and tables look poorly cleaned and sanitized. But its worth coming here with friends and family.

As a local guide it kind of worries me that so many people have complained about the service but the owner has not commented on any of the one star reviews. I recently moved to the area and will not visit this place until the owner comments on the poor reviews. We have found a great sushi place, called Maki on Lowell St in Peabody and great Chinese at Sugarcane. I recommend these locations as the ownership appreciates the business and makes you feel like family while in the store.

The food was pretty good, but the service was cold and I thought it was pretty expensive at 14.99 per adult on a Friday evening. They have a policy that if you waste food then they will charge you extra. To me that didnt make sense at the prices they were charging. It put stress on us to eat everything on our plate and wonder if we didnt like something and left it that we might be charged extra.

Ordered a long island iced tea and it tasted like they poured the liquor straight into a cup and added nothing to it for flavor. In other words, it tasted like cleaning products. The food was horrible and tasted old. The manager refused to take the bad drinks off the bill and insisted we still pay for one even though we were not drinking that. Probably because she made the drinks. Never go here!

Best buffet in my opinion. The staff always treat us like family. If they are out of anything, the owner will have more brought out, piping hot and fresh. The salt n pepper calamari, steamed snow crab legs and steak and mushrooms from the grill are my favorites but everything is good. Love this place...good owners who appreciate their customers and do good business ❤

Not a good experience at all! Waitresses hovered and tried to remove our plates from the table at every opportunity. The food was cold and pretty gross, we even found a hair in the food! The bill was put on the table while still eating as in to say "hurry up". Not a friendly place at all, will not return and definitely wont recommend.

The food tastes good but it wasnt fresh or warm (we got there at 7) it was just 2 of us and it rounded up to $39 and the waiters were rude especially the cook at the hibachi table was probably upset because I interpreted him from his phone when I wanted a steak done and it came out to be super raw when i wanted it done well done

The foods was not as good as other buffet places, the oysters was really old and it was smell like rotten so we decided not to eat it (they shouldve pay more attention to that). I wouldnt go back there again, but thats only my opinion. You can give it a try maybe they have a fresher oysters on your trip!

The food is awesome but lacking customers service. And always double check your bill. I was charged double. I told them about it and they question me and my kids ages. My son was less then a year old and they charged him kids price. And my 4 years old daughter was changed adult price. Such a rip off.
