The Chinese food here is quite good, and the prices are very reasonable. The sushi just isnt good, though. The last time I was here, the fish wasnt very fresh and a salmon sashimi even had a bone left in it. I would stick to the Chinese food. There also isnt a real wine list. The wines you do get are poured from one presumably larger bottle into a 750ml bottle for some reason... they couldnt afford a few $10 carafes? The wines are also either really bad or have been open for too long. But they have an okay selection of bottled beers so Id stick with those. If I could give a rating between 3 and 4 stars I would, but I cant. Dont get me wrong... if youre looking for Chinese food (either eat-in or take-out), this place is definitely good. Just skip the sushi, and avoid the wine.

The Fen Yang House is the best Chinese/Japanese food in town. The sushi is fresh and delicious. There is a good mix of classic "American take-out" and traditional Asian dishes. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere is dark and quiet. The prices are very fair as well. I definitely recommend it if you are in Marblehead and craving some Chinese or sushi...

I always do take out at Chinese restaurants The food is very good at Fen Yang.. Just make sure you check your order before you get home...Just saying. Sad to not have the meal that was ordered..

I would say itd be fun for a group or family since its not too busy. I got take-out and was happy with my food (not too heavy). Only thing I will be doing next time is asking fore extra spicy.

Place has REALLY bad service. waiter cut me off while i was ordering then walked away. Waited an hour and a half to even order after being seated. Horrible Food
