Over the last year, the Black Raspberry has died before our eyes. It used to be a great place to go have a couple beers and maybe shoot a game of pool. Then, as business slowed, the real beast showed his eyes. The bartenders provide terrible service. You could sit at the near-empty bar for far too long and have the bartenders gossip with each other, ignoring your hand full of waving cash. The food is a nightmare. If you are at all picky about what goes down your mouth, this is not the place to eat. However, on a slow Saturday night you can sometimes score cold hamburgers at a discount price. The Atmosphere- Cordage Park provides a decent backdrop for a low-key bar. However, Black Raspberry feels like a phantom from the past- as dead as the factory in which it resides. On a "good" night it will be full of underage drinkers and overweight girls. This used to happen once a week, now a crowd shows on a few key bar nights per year. The Locals- An easy way to judge the popularity of a bar is if the locals embrace it. And there are no locals which embrace this bar. It is always dead. No locals find the Black Raspberry as a bar or restaurant worth spending their time or money at. Go where the locals go. Go downtown. Overall Review: One Star out of Five. Spend your time and money somplace else.

Stopped in to this remote little place and enjoyed a wonderful experience today. My mother and l were welcomed at the door and offered either a high top table or a traditional dinner table. The bartender immediately walked across to provide my mom w a more comfy chair w arms. The food waa fabulous, affordable and made fresh to order. We had the juicy burgers, fat crispy fries, and delicious battered onion rings. Yum ! So great to be in a clean, bright and cozy tavern type place w home cooked flavor and great service. The owner of Black Raspberry for 12 years stopped by the table to check on us and the special touch was appreciated. Its a little hidden in Cordage Park, but scout it out next time in the area; its quite a find. Well worth it. We ll be back for sure!

I had never heard of this place until 10 minutes before arriving when a friend suggested it. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. They have a pretty modest beer list, but their food menu was extensive. My friends and I mixed and matched a few apps and entrées and everything was amazing. The buffalo wings definitely stood out as some of the meatiest wings Ive ever had and the flavor game was on point.

The food at the blackraz is delicious & freshly made to order! They have a huge beer list & tons of creative martinis! Friday night dinner rush is crazy def a good idea for a reservation, plus its prime rib night!!! Service from all staff is great! Everyone friendly, fast & pours a strong drink.

First of all these previous reviews are so old and not accurate. Blackrazz has the best wings & pizza in plymouth!! Tons of parking, cheap drinks, cold beer & plenty of room to hang out with your friends!!

I always get the pizza which is pretty good bar pizza. Its inside an old rope factory so once you get over the smell of that its fine. Live music last time I was there was very good as well.

Went in late to watch the end of the Red Sox game. The bartender Mike could not have been nicer. Cozy place with lots of screens and friendly atmosphere.
