Ok at best burgers I ordered medium-rare cane out well no pick or red in the beef, thats the 3rd burger they destroyed in 5 times eating here, the other times i got pastrami which was the only time they couldnt ruin, the other time I got got steak tips I wanted rare & came out medium to medium-well, i want red or pink meat at least. Should of complained about the food but It was actually better than the service, it was slow & only 2 young ladies working the dining room but only had a few to 6 tables of people, lets just say I tip for good service as most people do poor service gets 10-15% from me the bill was just over $70 & waitress got $7. tip. If it was busy ok but 2 girls with 3 tables each IS NOT BUSY BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION. Waitresses were either in a corner talking or the manager had them doing things but EITHER WAY ITS HORRIBLE SERVICE. Recently had lunch 2x at Bobby Byrnes down the street & just as cheap as the BBC food was cooked to perfection on both occasion and huge portions especially the steak tips 7 or 8 huge tips, compared to the BBCs 6 much smaller tips. JUST WANTED TO SAY TO BBC MANAGEMENT , THANKS FOR DIRECTING ME TO A PLACE TO ACTUALLY GET A GOOD LUNCH (UNLIKE YOUR OWN) IN BOBBY BYRNES & THANK YOU FOR YOUR STAFFS HORRIBLE SERVICE & POORLY COOK FOOD DURING 4 OF MY 5 LUNCH SOMETIME THIS MONTH maybe its time to get a cook who actually knows how to cook steaks tip to order & not over cook everything. Under cooking would be better wouldnt it? U could actually under cook tip or a burger & if customer complains toss it on the grill for another minute or 2. WANT A GREAT LUNCH FOR A REASONABLE PRICE OR POO FOOD THAT IS NOT PROPERLY COOKED & POORER SERVICE FROM THE BRITISH BEER COMPANY? YOU WANT GREAT FOOD DONT YOU? I KNOW I DO THATS WHY I EAT AT BOBBY BYRNES IT IS RIGHT UP THE STREET IN STOP & SHOP PLAZA. ITS LESS THAN 10zmin walk or 3min drive from the BRITISH BEER COMPANY TO BOBBY BYRNES SEE YOU AT BOBBY BYRNES A 5☆☆☆☆☆ restaurant BBC I GIVE 1.5 ☆

My husband & I had dinner there last night. It was fantastic! It was really busy we but we got a table and service right away. Our server was fabulous, friendly, efficient and helpful as I had a few questions, it was our first time there. The food was Delicious. My husband had the fish and chips and ate every bite. It was cooked to perfection, fish was a good portion and the batter was not greasy but crispy and yummy. I had the special, I forget the name but it was a delicious beef that I was able to substitute fingerling potatoes for instead of the cheddar mashed that came with it.The meat just fell apart it was so good. I saved some for lunch today so I could enjoy the special dessert which was a chocolate lava cake with peppermint ice cream.If I wasnt in public I would have licked the plate clean. My husband tried the one of the beers and was very impressed, I had an incredible caramel apple martini, I enjoyed every decadent sip. I cant wait to go back!

Spent Thanksgiving weekend on Cape Cod, and next door to our motel was the British Beer Co., which worked out very well. Enjoyed dinner here one night, and I would definitely recommend it to others. First & foremost, the food was very good. Between the 4 of us, we had several different dishes (fish & chips, pulled pork sandwich, burger, salad & pizza). Everything was well prepared, and delicious. The service was very good - our waitress was very attentive to us, refilling beverages, etc... And the ambiance is much like a British pub - well decorated and interesting to look around the room. We had an enjoyable evening here.

This is my favorite of the 3 BBC restaurants on Cape Cod. The food, service and ambience all seem to come together here. We dine frequently and its always hard to decide what I want, because everything is pretty good. The fish & chips is a great way to go if you CANT decide. Very fresh, tasty and a HUGE piece of fish. This is probably not the greatest place to bring small children. The two places they have for improvement are a real need to banish smokers from the front door area and getting rid of some of the tall chairs. A lot of people have issues with the tall pub tables and chairs. Id keep them in the bar area.

We were not really sure what to expect since Ive been to establishments with British or Irish menus in the past. The chowder was tasty, but I honestly did not have a bad bowl anywhere on the Cape. My wife had the BBQ sirloin tips which she claimed was the best meal all week for her. My entree was the chicken fried steak with homemade mashed potatoes - again very good. The atmosphere was relaxing and warm, and the service was above average. The discussion was lively and I thought the bar area was inviting. We were impressed and hope to visit the BBC again! You should give it a try!

The food was okay at best, certainly didnt live up to the hype. The best part of my entrée was the mashed potatoes. Definitely wasnt a bad meal, but not worth the money and wait to get it. In addition, $11.50 for a pomegranate margarita that tastes as though theres little to no pomegranate in it, is served in a highball glass instead of a margarita glass, and costs more than the dinner did itself is shameful.

Looking for a place to stop while driving up to the Cape, this was a quick detour onto Route 6A after the bridge, and offered good food and a varied selection of beers and drinks. The waitress we had was a great sport and joked around with us the whole time, despite it being late, making us feel comfortable and cheering us up after our (already) 2 hour drive!

Side dish was cold, waitress took the entire plate and microwaved it. Same thing happened to a guy at the table behind us. I wanted to order a flight of beers, but our waitress was a ghost. When we finally did get some food it was good though after eating more than half the party was still hungry. Not real impressed and I dont think I will visit another one.

The last time I went I was served raw chicken and someone else at my table was given fish that was also undercooked. I normally wouldnt mind too much but the way the Manager, Mike, handled it was very rude. He seems to be on a power trip.... I never had a bad experience with the old manager.

This place sucks. Stupid people dont know how to cut a pizza. Plus the waitress sucked. Takes to long and made my dad mad in his 50th birth day. Also made him late for work. This place sucks just like every other restaurant in the town of Sandwich!!!!!!!!
