First of all I do enjoy IHOP quite a bit but just not this one. Our waiter took a very long time to even notice we were sitting to take our drink order and then once he did it took forever to actually get them. Once we had ordered our food it took a normal amount of time to come out but was lukewarm at best. After the waiter dropped off our food he did not come back to see if we needed anything or even how it was. I have been to other locations which were great but the service here was some of the worst I have ever had. My sister is a waitress so I tend to tip a little more knowing that is how they make most of their money. This waiter got the worst tip I have ever given. I would have left nothing but decided against it. I will never go back to this location again. The one good thing was the parking. It was easy to find a spot and is handicapped accessible. It is unfortunate about the food and service because the location is great.

Conveniently located down the street from me.. Unfortunately the Hostess and waiting staff appear to be under some stress and are rather rude with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 of the waitresses. They also seem to be put off when you ask to be seated at a booth rather then a table which I find a little odd most restaurants that I visit could care less in my observation. I also noticed that when I wanted to take some items out of the omelette I ordered for medical reasons I got the impression that was to much trouble for them. Its a good possibility I will not be returning to this location, Now Im not the type to usually get on here and write negative reviews but they could use some lessons from the IHOP in Newington, NH where the staff is on top of everything and polite. Looks like Lindas Breakfast down the street is looking like a better option where I have had an over all good experience.

Thank god the food was good because my 3 grandchildren & I was there Sat early eve. & had the most miserable waitress whom never came to check on us I had to keep yelling excuse me I need this, I need more drinks, Can you please put my pancakes on a normal plate not a plate for toast? Ya big pancakes on a small dish but kids all got big plates for theirs lol anyway it was pretty dead & she was not friendly at all & acted like we were bothering her when I needed something! It was not me either talked to another customer outside & he said the same thing " I think shes mad cause shes working the holiday wknd" so there it is NEED FRIENDLIER STAFF!

Well, its IHOP, so imagine very average pancakes and breakfast fare. The place is clean. Service is okay. I cant get over how loud it is here. We have been here twice and they have annoying music playing very loudly and they wont turn it down. It makes everyone actually talk louder to be heard over the music and the other patrons talking. Not relaxing at all. In fact couldnt wait to leave both times. Very unpleasant. Also, the manager is rude. We wont be back.

If you like food poisoning this is the place to eat. Back in the summer of 2016 my Husband and I tried IHOP for the first time only to both get a nasty case of food poisoning. We just tried to go there again after waiting it out thinking it was the beginning of the restaurant opening, nope my husband ended up getting food poisoning AGAIN!!! This time from the chicken and waffles. Stay away from IHOP! unless food poisoning is your thing.

Me and my husband went there last Sunday,around 12 p.m.. service was horrible waitress finally comes by takes her order, comes back with my husbands order and a portion of mine. So I was upset my husband got to eat but I did not. The bill comes I told him not to give a tip but he did. So if you dont want to go to a nasty dirty place and see nasty dirty people and get nasty dirty food then I highly recommend you do not go.

we were there from 12-1 and the front hostess was not friendly at ALL.. not one smile and gave the dirty looks!! Really!!! Waitress did not tell us about any extras that we would get charge for.. shell only checked on us once.. she apologized and fixed our bill.. I have been to way more friendlier IHOPs and this wasnt one of them........ we will not be back..

I came thinking about getting breakfast, and was told Id be seated in 5 minutes. Well over 15 minutes went by, and still not seated, meanwhile people who came in AFTER me were seated right away, while Im being ignored. I just walked out, and decided to get lunch at an establishment who hopefully will appreciate my business.

Service is poor, the waitress didnt even check up on us while we ate our meal. The food is also very much over priced, it was 30.00 for two people to eat there, and it felt like I was being robbed more than anything else. The food was decent, but there are local restaurants that do better food for a lot less.

The food was standard IHOP fare -- no better, no worse. The kitchen somehow misinterpreted "eggs over medium" as "eggs cooked so little that the white is still runny," but I sent them back and they made me new ones in record time. The mens bathroom was very, very wet. Not so big on that.

Typical food; generic and quickly prepared. Highly overworked staff, and a manager who walks around wearing cheesy medallions like some 70s era reject. Place mainly plays awful 70s era easy listening music, probably at said managers insistence. We dont go there anymore.

July 4 the. Went in and waited 15 minutes to be seated. Not so bad... The bad is we ordered our food .Waited an hour for our food. We got it and it all was cold . Poor management. I will never visit that establishment again.

Although they were very busy, wait time was less than ten minutes. Waitress very pleasant and patient with my inability to make up my mind. The food great as always. Music too loud and obnoxious for morning hours for me.

Waitress did not take down entire order, inattentive, the building smells like a litter box, the water we were served was Seabrook tap water which is full of metals and arsenic and our food was undercooked.

Ate here for the 1st time, had breakfast, strawberry donut special and side(s). Tasted excellent, service was fast and very good! And prices are expected but very reasonable for what you order.

The waitress took our order and that was the last time we saw her untill we asked for the manager. Would not be a problem but it was all you can eat pancakes and we could not order seconds.

Service always great. Good on the other hand, not so great. Salad poor. Chicken over potato hash; chicken dry peppers and onions raw. Cheese over all not melted.

Service is mediocre, found onions in my chocolate chip pancakes and then the server tried to charge me for the pancakes anyways. Would not recommend
