Was There Yesterday 1/15/17.. It Took 15 Minutes To Be Seated, When We Got Seated It Took Another 15 /20 Minutes To Get Our Drinks , Another 15 Minutes Passed, I Had To Call Someone To Take Our Order.. I Didnt Know Who Our Server Was, As There Were Different People Who Had To Be Called To Give Us Service. People Who Came In After Us Were Served.. We Ordered A Bacon Cheeseburger & The Lobster Roll W/ Fried Clams & 45 Minutes Later We Still Hadnt Received Our Food. I Had To Flag Someone Down Again About My Order...5 Minutes After Our Food Was Served.. Not One Person Came To Check Or Ask If Everything Was OK.. I Then, Had To Get Someone So We Could Pack Our Food, They Gave Me A Sandwhich Container To Put Our Food Into. I Was A Gluten For Punishment Because I Ordered The Fried Oreos For Dessert & That Was Another 15/20 Minutes, But, Before I Received My Dessert They Placed My Bill on The Table.. When We Got The Dessert A Waitress Came & Asked A Couple of Times If Everything Was OK... Unbelievable !!! Terrible... Terrible Service... I Left A Small Tip of Cash & Paid For My Meal W/ Credit Card. When I Paid W/ The Credit Card , The Waitress , I Guess, Was My Waitress, Looked For Her Tip, I Told Her, That The Tip Was On The Table & She Ran Over To The Table To Retrieve The Tip... I Didnt Know Who Was Suppose To Receive The Tip, As I Didnt Know Who My Waiter Was

This is my second time having a bad experience here and Im happy to say it will be my last since I will not be going back. The scallops were over battered, the fish & chips were over cooked, the plate of scallops and fish was around $18 and there were small pieces of fish and 5 scallops, and we were given the wrong food. After waiting 25 minutes to sit and waiting 20 or more minutes to eat over fried fish and hotdogs (which we didnt order, we asked for linguica) the waitress having an attitude, and not being sympathetic when we told her about the linguica. She blamed the kitchen and that was that. Overall poor management.

Welp...to start the waitstaff was cold and paid attention to her regulars and washed the floors on her hands an knees before bring our tab..... The food was reasonably priced and tasted "okay"... then bamo,,, they did not accept credit cards and we had no cash whoops!!!!! so....they have an ATM "outback" that cost the waitress her tip of $5.00 because thats how much their ATM charges on 2 withdrawals of $20 which was necessary. Let that be said I will never go again!!!!

After sitting down, we waited about 20 minutes for our waitress to come. We then waited about a hour for our food. When it came some of the food was cold and wasnt cooked the greatest. The seafood platters were pretty good, but our other dishes were not the best. The steak had no taste and my baked potatoe was still hard as a rock. Not the best place to eat, but waitress tried her best to be pleasant. Very unlikely I would return. Very, very pricey!!!!

Horrible service. I ordered two lobsters rolls. They both smelled like ammonia. I took them back and the manager Debbie was short tempered and non apologetic. They provided me with two new rolls with just lobster and did not mix them as they would a regular roll. I dont recommend this place. I will try End Zone next time.

Cant get a drink in this damn place..too cheap to hire decent bartendrrs..shoulder to shoulder middle age crowd, all women here were Overweight, dont come here looking to pick up women...band area and dance floor tiny. NO CREDITCARDS ! We left after several failef attempts to get a drink.

Copious amounts of fresh, tender calamari served with marinara sauce and banana peppers. Im bringing more then 1/2 of my relishes "small" fish and chips home. Well be back! If a sophisticated atmosphere is more important to you then food quality, you might want to go somewhere else.

Terrible Service.... even with a reservation they had a table ready to seat the 7 people of our party and then they gave it away to somebody else even though we called in the reservation and arrived perfectly on time this terrible service is just dissapointing

My wife Honey and I like the food and find it fresh and cooked just right. We love the price too. I love the daily specials. I love the RIBS are out of this world and all you can eat!! We also love the fresh fish, YOU should check it out!!

Bummed...was looking forward to dining at Knuckleheads. Sat in the bar area for 15 minutes and no one ever asked if we needed drink/food...went to bar to get our own beverage....bartender was rude so we left. Now dining at Rise Alley.

Great pub, great food, good prices! I had the small lobster roll with fries clams and fries. Lobster roll was over stuffed hot dog roll with a good portion of fried clams and delicious fries. Great service and prices.

good location, bar is setup nice for bands. too crowded, not enough bartenders. i have lots of friends whove gone there or played there and they all agree about the need for more bartenders

The food is great and affordable, big portions. The staff is excellent. The have live local bands on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. It has a nice family friendly atmosphere.
