Love KFC, always have! I dont get there a lot bc I find it to be a bit pricey if your buying for more than one person. And because I dont get there often, I am very unfamiliar with the menu and combos available, and bc I went thru the drive thru today, I def got the wrong meal size for what I needed, therefore, paying far more than I wanted. The biggest issue was I could not see the menu board, the print was very small, and I had an extremely hard time seeing it. I guessed at what I was reading, and picked the first number I seen, bc there was now a few cars behind me, and I was being asked again what Id like to order. I spoke w a friend later on, and she told me there was, in fact, a smaller meal sz for a lot less. And there was also some kind of $10 deal. Im just disappointed I couldnt read that board at all, & once again, spent far more than I needed to, & have far more food than anyone will eat, even after making it lunch the next day or 2. I hope that menu board is replaced soon!

First off let me start by saying i got the wrong order , it was under cooked , and now im sick to my stomach. I had ordered a #5 , doublicious , and was given 5 bites ? that were cold , not cooked to par , and tasted absolutely terrible. I called to make a complaint and got the "hello ? hello ? hello ?" , which i know very well from working in food as a "we do not care". The lady who had called my order , who called it wrong , said it so condascendingly i was astonished , and treated me like a complete moron. I corrected her saying "doublicious?" and she had said "yeah yeah yeah , this is yours". The service and food are pathetic at best , the best service i got there was from the flamboyant window worker who gave me my sauce , which by the way they were out of just about everything at about 4pm on a sunday. You are clearly better off walking downtown then waisting your money here. Let me also add i used a gift card which was not returned to me with 3$ left on it.

I had to rate this KFC 4 stars because it deserves it. I have one issue and that is with the randomness of the food you get when its a different employee so you might not get the same order made every single time. What I mean is sometimes you have a favorite meal and you order it most of the time but its made different at times. Its just my opinion on that but it doesnt mean that the food is bad. I love the food and there are more than a few menu choices that I get so diversity is there as well as choice. All the employees there are friendly and that is welcome anytime. If I forget something that I wanted on the menu and I ask for it at the window, the employee rarely has a problem with it. I have not been inside the place for quite a while so I dont know what awaits inside and thats fine because most of us are always in a rush to get somewhere and most of the time we dont have 20 or so minutes to just sit down, relax, and eat.

i love their food, but the service sucks! they never once get my order right i always end up getting a surprise, fyi if i wanted a surprise id order a happy meal from mcdonalds! come on guys get your stuff right!!
