Food is great but the service needs a lot of Improvement. They either cant hear you or they dont give you what you paid for. I ordered the 20 dollar fill up an ordered two extra sides(Mac an cheese) paided for it to only get home an realize there not in the bag. Seems to happen a lot lately. Next time I need to check cause thats how bad there service in drive-thru is. Nothing I can do they never gave me a receipt.

Went to the drive thru tonight 02/25/ @ 9:26 PM watched the guy wiping his nose as he was filling and covering food the same guy brought that food out to the car ion front of us then grabbed the trash "bare hands went to the dumpster then back to packing food Grossed me out bu t I still ate my popcorn nuggets

You get what you pay for, bit in my opinion KFC doesnt give you what you pay for. As a loyal KFC customer for years Ive watched their portions shrink and prices soar. Order a side dish now and its about 5 bites, maybe 6. But if that isnt an issue, then the food itself is at least pretty good.

Food is just that, KFC. service is...what service? they just ignored me waiting in front of the register for at least five minutes. store was empty. I dont expect much from these fast food joints and their minimum wage workers... but at least some common courtesy towards a fellow human being.

Visited the drive thru. The server was pleasant and my order was correct. I received the order in a timely manner. There were condiments, utensils and napkins in the bag. My only reccomendation is to get the speaker fixed on the ordering machine
