Como es posible que valla un domingo (05/24/2015) con mi familia a las 10:00pm por el drive-thru y me digan que "solo me pueden vender papas porque si me preparan mi orden van a tener que limpiar y ya estaban al cerrar" cuando se supone que cierran a las 10:30pm. Es lo mas ridículo y absurdo que e escuchado. El PEOR SERVICIO EN MI VIDA COMPLETA! ACASO NO TIENEN MÁNAGERS? O ES QUE A KFC NO LE IMPORTA LO QUE PASA EN ESTE RESTAURANTE, POR QUE AL JUSGAR POR LOS DEMAS COMENTARIOS DE A QUI NO SOY LA UNICA QUE SE QUEJA.

Worst customer service ever. I live right down the street an every time Ive went to this location the female employees are EXTREMELY rude. In the drive thru they rush you through your order like they have something else better to do. Literally after every thing you say its followed up with "is that it?... Is that it?", most of the time its before you even finish your sentence. Ive never rated a fast food place because I know the standards are not high already but this location on the Lynnway has been this way for years.. The management is just as rude so I assume it gets passed down in "training". I shouldnt feel like Im bothering you if I ask for a meal/sandwich a certain way. An if its within 2 hours of closing..... Forget it, youll be lucky if they sell you the mash potatoes that have been sittin there since the morning. Guess Ill stick with Mc Donalds chicken sandwiches until they hire people with personalities that dont hate their life.

Why is this place allowed to be run like this, They are the dirty, messy, always have a attitude like the customer is doing them a favor ordering there. Now I know why a little non competition hole in the wall like Crown Chicken is so busy they treat every one like a human say please and thank you. And they are from Morocco. The K F C fountain area is always a river of fluid. If your not a Latino customer you get treated like crap. If they screw up your order they will fight with you over it, So now I drive all the way to Saugus K F C or eat at Crown Chicken like many other customers. Please get a clue it should not matter what your Nationality is to get Chicken in Lynn Ma

Okay, I love me some Kentucky Fried Chicken... Even KFC. It aint Popeyes for damn sure, but its a familiar treat from my childhood that reminds me of fishing with my father... Thats why I go there. Service has been poor on occasion and the place dirty... Theyre kids. But I have been a customer enough over the past 5 years that I can say more often than not... The service is fine. Of course I do mostly drive through, but my wife and I have eaten inside... Its a KFC no big deal, kids work here. I have taken my grandchildren here to eat and we had a great time.

1st review(originally 1 star): love KFC, but this particular one has an awful Costumer Service, I cant even describe how bad it is, and Im Latino and I still get treat like trash too. Idk what that guy is talking about. 2nd review: went back there today after a few months and it gotten better in my opinion, service is up by a lot, food was good, had to wait for the order because I went in late but they offer me a drink while waiting, going to follow up with it.

For some wierd reason the chicken wasnt that good especially original... Its so oily and soggy. I guess it depends on time and mood. This has made serious KFC junkies to avoid the place although its strategically placed. I have eaten KFC for thirty years so I know what am talking about... I wish management would take time and visit(try) other KFC outlets... Then he/she would agree with me. There is something the stuff are not doing right.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything that is written about this place is true, horrible service from all the men and women working there. They are just plain rude and dont care to help in any way. They have things on the menu but usually it is not even available or you have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to cook it. Why have something on menu that you cant even sell me? How this place is still open amazes me!

Obviously the food is great but horrible customer service. There are Dominican or Puerto Rican girls that work there at nights that are very rude. When taking your order there is no formality also when in the drive thru, they make you wait until the food is ready to even open the window and make you pay. Rather go to another KFC

Im giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. The employee, Ramona even told me to hurry up when I asked if the sauces where included (like it says in the advertisement) and said no. They offer crispy chicken, then turned out to be the regular chicken . A rude service.never coming back to this location full of rude employees.

I think the franchise owner needs to fire everyone in lynn kfc or retrain them! Very bad customer service! The workers there are very rude and have no customer service experience what so ever! I will not go there again! Franchise owner take note! Your losing alot of business because of the ignorant people you hire! Good luck!

Well they serve fried chicken here. They dont serve it very well. Waited for 45 minutes inside for some chicken little sandwiches. Finally got them and they put the Mayo on them when I asked them not to. So I would say my experience was not that great, but if you have time and want chicken this is the place for you.

Substandard: Although like most KFC franchise locations, they serve what you will expect for dining options. But that is where the expected ends. The store is a mess and Ive encountered rude employees plus poorly handled product. I suggest this location be avoided if you can help it.

it is so bad, they never have chicken ready and they make us either back up or wait somewhere else so they dont get in trouble for taking too long..horrible experience everytime i go there which is often because my little guy loves it and its the only one close to home

Very few english speakers at cash register. Needed to repeat my order multiple times. Lady came up from the back of the kitchen to explain how to use cash register.
