I was asked to wait in the parking lot because my food would "take 10 minutes" i was fine with that. I wasnt fine when I waited 45 minutes for it in the parking lot only to discover that my food had been ready to 30 minutes they just forgot to bring it out to me. And I was really not happy when i found out that my 5 peace chicken strips with potato wedges and potato wedges that was supposed to replace my coleslaw was in fact shitty dried up chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes with coleslaw. would not recommend this place. Go to Papa Ginos next door.

AWFUL!!! I was only customer @ 4PM Sunday 4/10. 7 people behind counter. Not one looked at me or asked if I was served for TWO MINUTES!! I intentionally just stood there while employees texted, played with cash register, chatted with each other, & just walked by back & forth. AMAZING!! I simply turned & left. Got in my car & phoned number listed on Google website. Rang for 3 minutes until my phone automatically hung up! AMAZING!!

Awful inattentive staff that is often combative. I went there four days in a row to see how consistently terrible the service was. Each day they straight up refused to make an item on the menu, and the last day it took 21 minutes to get my order via drive through. Employees sitting on tables and throwing food during normal hours! Its comical now and I cant wait for them to get shut down.

The KFC food is good but this restaurant can do better in customer service. They close at 10pm and sometimes close up earlier. Like 9:45, I think 15 minutes is plenty of time to serve someone food, especially in the drive thru. Also the employees seem uninterested in working there. But there are the Spanish folks that work there that are always nice.

I went at 8:30PM last night, my first shock was that there was a bout a 5 minute wait to even get my order. They didnt even acknowledge my presence. Then not only were they out of everything, when I finally did get my food home I had cheese in my coleslaw and the chicken tasted about 4 days old. It was rubbery and disgusting.

This KFC provides typically slow service but in addition this location almost never seems to have any food you want/order ready to go forcing you to either choose something else or wait for it to be made... and the staff acts like its a hassle to make fresh food.

Not a positive experience overall. The food was stale and the service was slow considering how few customers were in the store. Most likely wont be back. Management needs to keep a better eye on how long the food sits under the heat lamps

SERVICE SUCKS. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no response. Waited again for 20 minutes, no response. Ive waited before for 15 minutes and got a response and the lady was very rude. Step up your game, taco bell for the win.

No such thing as service here, you have to fight to get basic things (ie tissues, ketcup) with their bad attitude employees. No one seems to know what they are doing here will not come back here again.

I tried to order the other night 20 minutes before closing time. I was told there was no chicken but could order vegetables. If they are open you should be able to get a chicken sandwich.
