So I ordered today 2 large pizzas 1 pepperoni , & 1 cheese and double chocolate brownies, let me start by saying my food was completely cold, I ordered at 1:22pm to be exact . The wait said about 1 hr and okay I get that they Are busy, and it said my food would be ready by 2:17pm... it was 2:30pm and still not here 2:45pm still not here, 3pm finally ok first of I live about a 10-13 min drive with traffic.... if I would have known it was going to be that long I would have ordered from some where down the street but I was trying to show my boyfriend how Pizza Hut was good I had it once when I was coming home from NH we picked it up. But my cheese pizza was horrible what made it worst it was cold and hard ... the pepperoni was ok... you could actually see the cheese i dont know what that was on my cheese pizza I wish I can post a photo , horrible... my brownies where fine but they where stuck to the pan... do they not use any spray for it? Like I couldnt even get a good piece, it all was stuck to the bottom so disappointed.... next time Ill drive to papa Johns or stick to family owned restaurants . Thanks but no thanks .

A new low for quality of service. I was staying in Marlborough for a business trip and I had a rare craving for stuffed crust pizza. I needed the pizza delivered because I didnt have a car, so I called to order from this Natick location as it was closest to my hotel. After providing my address, the employee on the phone asked his colleagues if he could deliver to Marlborough. The colleagues openly and audibly replied, "What the f***? No. Hang up the phone right now" and another yelled, "F*** no we dont deliver to Marlborough!" Similar exclamations continued for another 10-15 seconds while I tried (to no avail) to get the guy on the other end of the line to at least continue speaking with me. He hung up, albeit too late for me to avoid hearing these gentlemen represent their location and company without any class or professionalism. I understand that this is Pizza Hut and the quality of service wont win awards. But was such behavior really necessary, especially with a customer still on the line to hear every word? I dont think so. I guess I wont be having stuffed crust pizza for dinner.

Horrible pizza. Its safe to say Pizza Hut will potentially be going out of business. The large cheese pizza we ordered didnt have sauce on it (at all). The garlic knot pizza is misleading its two puffed up dough balls with no cheese inside them, and the dough was raw. Also weird how there was teenagers coming in and out of the place the whole time, going in the back, in and out of cars.. Couldnt tell who worked there and who didnt..not to mention we werso excited to bring our 2 year old to our old favorite after 6 years and it completely sucked. What a waste of $30.

We came to Natick Pizza Hut for the first time today as they dont deliver in our town. This chain was our favorite in Europe and especially the pizza with cheese in boarders, so we decided to try it here. Its a bit of a disappointment that they have so little Pizza Hut places in here. The staff was very kind and responsive, the boys even gave us an extra drink. Well the pizza was so very delicious, a bit different from the one we are used to but really good, the best weve tried in US so far!

We went on a Saturday afternoon and waited nearly 15 minutes to get seated because there was only one waitress. Another 40 minutes to get the order, and they gave us the wrong order of spicy wings. The family next to us asked to see the manager, who would not show up due to being "busy" and refused to take the wrong order back for us. Generally very disappointing service and I vehemently would not recommend.

Before even ordering, we were met with terrible service. The lady who took our order didnt even speak to us besides telling us the price and had an attitude. The pizza was mediocre at best, extremely soggy, with the veggies haphazardly thrown on. For some reason, the pizza was especially highly saturated with onions. This Pizza Hut was overall a bad experience and we would not recommend this to others.

The worst experience ever. I have ordered from there twice in two weeks. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, despite their complete screw up on my order last week, I ordered again. Oh what a surprise the! The screwed my order up again and the pizza taste terrible.

Go for the Lunch Pizza and Salad Buffet. All-You-Can-Eat for $5.99. Thick and thin crust pizza, pasta and sauce, garlic breadsticks and sauce, a so-so salad bar & cinnamon sticks. Makes for a nice lunch.

They charged me but never delivered pizza. Manager of this location Louis is extremely disrespectful to the customers. Worst customer service. Never will buy pizza from there again.

Best pizza quality wise in and around 20 mile radius. Fast service. Only flag is they dont accept online coupons. Ill have to order standing outside the store and pick up.

This was my first time trying it and it was great. Service was great, so was the food. The pizza just needs a tad more sauce. Everyone ended up eating everything, good job!!
