I was disgusted by your restaurant. When I was walking in there were three cooks smoking cigarettes outside the back door by the kitchen. The hostess did not acknowledge us as we walked in and three separate servers asked us if we would need a high chair or booster seat, and i said yes please to a booster seat. The hostess continued drinking her drink and sucking on her straw and finally said, "so you want a high chair or a booster seat or what?" so I said "we already told three other people we need a booster seat". after about 5 minutes of us standing there a manager (hard to tell by how she was dressed) came over and told the hostesses they had to do bathroom checks, and received a loud sigh from the staff with a "I did that last time" complaint thrown in. The manager had no idea how long we were standing there. I dont care what time it is. No customer wants to think of your bathrooms at any time before sitting down to eat, much less hearing your staff complain that they dont like cleaning the bathrooms. When I was sat in the back restaurant at a filthy table the first thing I noticed other than the black/brown filth that came off the table as I wiped it with a baby wipe, I also noticed the open kitchen. The open kitchen allowed me to see that the cooks were not wearing gloves and were handling food with their bare hands. The same cooks that were just smoking cigarettes outside the back door. I showed the server the pile of used baby wipes that i used to clean his table that were jet black and I said "I understand this might nto be your fault but you should know whoever is/was responsible for your section before us did not clean this table." The server gave me the sing-song chirp if irritation and attitude and said "do you want me to get a napkin or something and take those or something?" and I said yes please. The dirty wipes sat at our table for 15 more minutes while our server disappeared from the restaurant. Our drinks were not even delivered until right before our appetizer came out. The service was slow to a crawl. I ordered a Chili burger with sweet potato fries. The burger came out lukewarm and covered with so much chili sauce that the bun was soaked and not that much chili. The fries were ice cold and i got all the broken and burnt ends that were obviously cleaned out of a previous batch of fries that were dropped at least 20-30 minutes ago judging by the temperature and look of them. Our server did not come back to refill our drinks after about 45 minutes of being in the restaurant without food, so I eventually grabbed a food runner who was actually working and asked her to get the manager for me. The manager walked over to the table and was more interested in talking to my baby than listening to my complaint. She made excuses for why the food came out slow was because they were short staffed and it was busy. I looked around and saw numerous empty tables. She was not dressed as a manger of a restaurant should be in my opinion. I assume there is a dress code for Management so they are easily noticed as the staff must wear uniforms. She was in stretch pants and a colored shirt. She eventually remade the fries which were actually very good when they finally came out, but by this time we were tired and no longer interested in eating and my one year old had spent too long in the high chair and we needed to leave. I left the food, paid the overpriced bill and left a 10% tip against my better judgement. This was a waste of time and money. The slogan of Red Robin YUM is a joke. I do not want this gift card. I want my money back. I do not want to go back to your restaurant and i believe many other guests had a similar experience that night. Sincerely, Disappointed

Three stars for the very nice waitress, last time we came here every thing was great and I wondered why all the negative reviews...tonight I found out. We were seated at a table, the waitress came over and asked us for drink orders, we gave our order, came back to take our food order. The food arrives..we have no utensils so we cant eat it, five minutes later they drop off the silverware, my wife orders a turkey burger which was good, unfortunately she didnt eat the bread as it was stale to say the least. I ordered a Bansai salad which obviously has an Asian flair with teriyaki chicken, mandarin oranges and grilled pineapple, they served it with ranch dressing which I thought couldnt possibly be right, I do like ranch dressing but it doesnt belong with an Asian salad, so I questioned that and asked for the correct dressing, they assured me that was the correct dressing after leaving to go ask and my waiting five more minutes. I gave up because I couldnt remember what the correct dressing should be and by then the chicken was mostly cold and I didnt want to go on with it forever. The chicken was also partially undercooked. The waitress was so nice they we really didnt complain, my wife just didnt eat the bread and I ate what I could. It was late and I guess I just wasnt in the mood to make a federal case out of it all. But wont be going back anytime soon, which is the bottom line.

Negatives: My only turn off about this was that as soon as we entered, the man at the front immediately wanted to put us at the bar (?) Even tho there was plenty of tables in the main dining area. We dont drink and we dont feel that the service would have been as good. The trash in the bathroom was also overflowing (yuck). Positives, staff: Our server was great, very attentive and fast with the refills which is great. The one in Blackstone you have to wait 8 years for refills. Even the hostess was friendly and asked us how our day was with genuine interest, very nice!! Neutral, drink: The strawberry lemonade "speckled" had previously frozen strawberries which is mostly fine and what I would expect from a chain. Positives, food: Unlimited fries were delicious as always and plenty. We of course got the fireside and ranch dips. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and no mistakes. Besides the drive, great place to go!

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT ! WOULD RATHER GO TO MCDONALDS.... -was put in between two tables, and was able to touch the person next to me -service was awful, rude waitress who would not let us switch tables because it was so "busy", and gave us SO MUCH attitude if we asked for a refill -food was SUPER greasy and under cooked, small portions VERY expensive (chicken fingers, hamburger and two waters was $30 ) The only reason why i would go back is because I have a gift card. Its so sad to see a place that used to have such good food and service go way down. DO NOT GO..

Walked into this place and was seated pretty quickly. When we got to the table, remnants of the previous patrons burger were still on the table... gross. Ordered drinks, which came quickly.. WITH NO ICE (everyone else there had ice in their drinks). Showed the waitress the food and asked her to clean it up, she came and wiped the table AND DIDNT WIPE UP THE FOOD!! We sat and waited for 13 minutes for someone to take our order before we left 2 dollars under my iceless soda and went to Toby Keiths instead. Will never give this place a second chance to win me over.
