This place is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. To eat in you have to order and bring your own food over to your table. No water except bottled which you have to buy obviously. The tea you have to get yourself in the corner of the room with no milk or cream and the tea is stone cold in a big urn. When the food was ready and my friend went to get it at the counter, it was piled high in one box not a serving platter. Because of that, it was hard to balance it to carry because there was a small thing of rice on the other side of the tray. All the food didnt even make it beyond the counter, it feel on the floor, counter and tray. The guy behind the counter picked everything up with his hands and put it back in the 1 box. When I told him I wasnt going to eat that. he said it wasnt his job to deliver the food to our booth. All the booths were dirty and they gave us styrafoam plates and plastic silverware to eat the food there. They said they would make up another batch of food for us. I could see them in the kitchen throwing the same food in fryers and it all came out again way over done and hard. I told them that I knew what they did and that we wouldnt ever be back to that place ever again.They never offered us our money back at all. Worst Place I have ever been to and will never go back again or recommend it to anyone else .

Today, I visited this place because of its positive ratings. Honestly, very big dissapointment. Worst asian food I have ever eaten. I am vegetarian so I ordered vegetable fried rice for take away only. When I opened the box I was shocked by unpleasant smell after burned oil and some pork. I tasted it and even if I tried to eat it, I could not. Not even if I was starving so much! I had to throw it away. It seems that all positive reviews over here are just posted by themselves...

We used to practically live at this place over the many years they have been there. The food was consistently very good and the price was always right. I think wed had only a couple bad meals there in 20+ years... an outstanding record for an economical Chinese food take-out place. However, lately we have not done so well. After a couple of seriously nasty meals last year (leaving us sick for days) we have finally moved on. Too bad. Sometimes, I really miss the place.

The most Amazing Duck Sauce (EVER)!!!! I could go on (for days/weeks/yrs) about their Duck Sauce! One word ... DELICIOUS!!!. The quickest to ruin my enjoyment of Chinese food is by serving "duck sauce" so bad it should be ashamed to represent itself as "duck sauce". Thats why this is the ONLY Chinese restaurant I go to.... You dont want to feel w my fiancé if he gets (faux) "duck sauce " ... The food is really yummy here too! lol

Im sorry, I just dont understand why people like this place. Yes the prices are great and the portions are great too, but the food is just horrible! Definitely the worst chinese food in Franklin, by far. Every time I go I have the same experience. The appetizers are good, but any entrees with sauce are horrible, and so is their fried rice. I just dont understand it.

Register lady mean. No napkins. Beef Grey. Chicken cold. Ignored drink order. Told my family coffee was actually water. Beef Chow Mein soggy. They Charged for cup of ice water. Sign lied about best Chinese the region. Poor ventilation system. Food came out suspiciously fast. Nice Buddha statue ;---)

our go to for Chinese. Portions are very big, pu pu platter for 2 is enough for 4. General Tsaos chicken is great, Lo Mein good. Egg Rolls great..I can go on. Price is reasonable..been going there for many many years never had a problem. Food was always ready quickly and never soggy.

Wah Sing is not a bad spot. We used to order for corporate events and enjoyed their food. It worked for us because they had large portions and a relatively low price. They serve classic American/Chinese food and it always seemed to be pretty good!

Love Wah Sing. The price is good, portions are huge, and the food is always made hot and fresh very quickly. The folks who run the place are really nice. This is NOT a dine in restaurant. You can, but their primary business is takeout.
