My original review is from a year ago. Since then significant improvements have been made at this location. The general manager, Mike P, is an outstanding guy and definitely understands hospitality. Any issues and he makes sure you walk out the door satisfied, and then some. This time orders are made correctly with all of the requests honored, within reason. I havent had any issues since starting to go here again recently. Just stay away during rush hours, the place is a zoo and picking up an online order takes 10 minutes or more. This is my original review written more than a year ago: If you dont mind paying for incorrect orders then this is the place for you. So far Ive made 3 separate orders since they opened in Methuen with a couple weeks in between each time to improve. The first order the place was packed so it was [somewhat] understandable that the guacamole was overlooked, but none of the special requests made online (such as "not a lot of sour cream") were honored. The second order the burrito wasnt made at all how I requested. Asking for "extra cheese" resulted in no cheese at all, the pinto beans came as black beans instead, and having the burrito toasted on one of their presses like a quesadilla did not happen. At least the chips werent cold and came with guacamole this time. The third order included two burrito bowls and tacos. Both burrito bowls were ordered very differently, yet both came completely mixed up with all the ingredients in the wrong bowl. The one with sour cream had none, the one with "not a lot" came with a pint of it; the one with pinto beans came with none, the one with black beans came with pinto beans instead; the brown rice was white rice in one bowl, in the other bowl the white rice was brown rice. This time around the restaurant was close to being empty.

Ive ordered here atleast 20 times. My staff and I enjoy Chipotle. This location is nothing close to any other Ive been too. Inconsistent is the most appropriate word Ill use to describe the food. The staff is unpleasent, you get that "youre bothering me, Id rather be joking around or texting" feel when you go in there. There has been multiple occasions where Ive seen staff standing around when a new, clearly undertrained employee, is trying to make the food. I typically order online due to time constraints, but theres a 25% chance it will be ready when they say. And based on my orders roughly 15% chance it will be right. Very poor management, my last straw which drew me to write a review after multiple hiccups was when I got my burrito bowl that only tasted like onions and a large amount of pinto bean water. I almost thought they added soup to the menu.

The worst Chipotle Ive been to. Ive given them too many chances since opening, because I thought theyd improve. The staff has always been rude to me, and Ive never been to a Chipotle, or anywhere else for that matter, where they dont cut your quesadilla at least in half before serving. The most recent time was a few weeks ago when I went with my boyfriend. He got a burrito and it was fine, but my quesadilla was forgotten about and left on the press for too long, resulting in a hard, crispy outside layer, and somehow, the chicken was still PINK - even after sitting on the press for way longer than needed. Ive given them too many chances, Im going to stick with Moes from now on.

I had a steak burrito today, if you can call it that. The teenager wearing the black lipstick must have thought I was a vegetarian because the amount of steak she put on would pass vegan standards for meat-free. About half a spoonful. i wont be going back soon because of this. If Chipotle want customers back , maybe they should train their staff not to skimp on food.

I was in there with my co workers earlier in the year. I ordered a chicken casadilla (however its spelled). The worker cooked the bread wrap and cheese but didnt put any chicken in it. Leaving me to eat a large wrap of melted cheesy bread. We only had the short time there to eat before going back to work. Ugh. Bad experience for me. Crowded or not, get orders right.

I love Chipotle, but this unit is two steps off the mark. Not as clean as usual, the Barbados was down to bland shreds, and the door back in from the patio was locked - did not feel like climbing the fence, thanks. Insult to injury, if you need a $0.03 spoon or knife for your nearly $10 burrito, you have to ask the cashier.

Decided to venture from my neighborhood Chipotle to try this new one intown. Everyone working here was noticeably joyful. Good vibes, good food. Definitely will be back whenever Im around. Might even cheat on the Chipotle closest to me with this new one -- though I dont remember discussing being exclusive anyway. Thank you!

There is consistently good food across the Chipotle chain. My only complaint with this location is that on my last visit, my brother and I were awkwardly bombarded by an associate pitching their rewards program. Not a huge inconvenience but its something that the person ringing me out could have promoted more successfully.

Chipotle is normally a great restaurant, but not in methuen. I ordered online and my food still wasnt ready 10 minutes after it was supposed to be. They gave us stale old chips instead of fresh ones. They forgot to put steak in the steak tacos. The burrito bowl had a tin foil top instead of the normal metal bowl thing.

Came in early and was in a rush to get to a meeting. Even though they werent open yet and couldnt even operate the register, I explained my situation and they served me and told me it was on the house. Thats looking out for your customers. Very impressed. Its things like that which create several repeat visits.

They had 1/4 of the rice left and I asked if they could give me some fresh rice because the little they had looked clumpy and Manager said "no this is what I have if you dont want it dont buy it"

Chipotle is basically like Subway for mexican food. (I.e you build your own dish) It is a bit expensive for relatively small portions.
