HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... I called to order lunch placed my order with a guy who immediatly had an attitude like I was putting him out of his way to order food from his restaurant he almost hung up the phone on me before I could tell him I was paying with my card. I gave him my card number almost hung up on me again when I asked him how much my order came to he snapped at me saying 15.75 then I asked how long for delivery, just wanted to know a round-a-bout time, he said "I Dont Know" I repeated "You Dont Know How Long" He said "Yes, I Dont Know" I said never mind please cancel my order I am not going to wait 2 hours to get my lunch.... he then hung up the phone on me... So I called back to make sure I got it refunded to my card he picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me without saying anything... so I called back and same thing he picked up the phone and hung it up again on me... so I called back and he screamed in the phone I refunded you and hung up the phone again on me. Wow really cant believe a restaurant would be so rude to potential customers. Highly uncalled for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY TRIES TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TALKING TO RUDE DISRESPECT PEOPLE

I been going to this place for a long time we use to live next door to it the food is very good but now their manager is very rude because we wanted to change a order because my friend was allergy to one of the foods so we wanted to change it before we was done placing our order. she call my mom the f word and the B word then she hang up my mom is 61 she dont need to be saying that to a 61 year old lady just because we want to change our order then we call back today she started being rude calling rude name to my mom and told her we on the block list because of that.i dont understand how people working in a restaurant can be so rude to there customers specially by she a manager. That so not right!!

Im a truck driver got layed over in Lawrence so I needed some food... called the place ordered a general tsos combo a pork egg roll and crab ragoons, was told 25-30 min... 1hr later I called to see where my food was, the lady was very rude, and refused to make the situation right... the delivery guy showed up in 5 min after my phone call, and only bc he was a friendly guy I didnt refuse my order paid 23 dollars for 10 pieces of chicken, low quality rice, and there "famous" crab ragoons were so gross, i couldnt even finish one, I will never order food from here again.....

Best spot ever... I moved away from Lawrence MA but whenever im in town evergreen is THE spot.. 26 years in Lawrence and this is the one spot I will always buy from.. Yes the staff is rude sometimes but thats the Lawrence life deal with it half the time theyre just extremely sarcastic if you r that much of a panzy that this brothers you go elsewhere if its that hard to deal with... #Snot nose people

They dont seem to want to stay in business. Ive tried to order from them about four times and it never works. They either deliver or dont deliver; they only take cash; they dont have several things on their menu. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. This place WAS good many years ago - its really gone downhill.

I love their food, dont get me wrong but the person who I was talking to was very rude and harsh on me. When we had a miss communication, she would put all of her anger toward me and I have no clue if there things that are happening in her life but that doesnt make it justifiable to put that towards me.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! We ordered and we found a roach in our dumplings!! Even worse when i called in complain the manager or owner laughed they sent the driver to take a picture and at the end didnt give us our money back we order before but will never again !!

been coming here for many years and they just get better.. more than 20 years and still the best in the area. .they have delivery and some of the best appetizers anywhere. prices are easy on the wallet and food ,mmmmmm

it was the worst Chinese I have ever had. chicken fingers were dry. spare ribs had no flavor. beef and broccoli was nothing to talk about either. I would never want anyone to eat here.

Not a big fan of the egg rolls but their crab rangoons are hard to beat. Creamy and always warm. Their rice is great too
