We went in for a bite to eat, some of us wanted a bigger meal than others, however the rest just wanted salad and breadsticks. So I order an entree which came with salad and breadsticks by choice, however one person in my party just wanted salad, breadsticks and wine because she feels as though these options are the only food Olive Garden can do right, for which I dont blame her. The waitress asks her what she wants to eat her response is, Im just going to eat the salad and breadsticks hes getting with his entree, now apparently Olive Garden frowns on this and decides that if youre going to be in their restaurant and take up a seat youre going to pay for it. So their policy is as such; because youre only going to eat salad and breadsticks that hes receiving and PAYING for under his entree and the unlimited salad and breadsticks that Olive Garden likes to flaunt in their commercials, were going to charge you extra for the salad and breadsticks... Really Olive Garden?!? Some people find your food horrible and an injustice to Italian Cusine, including myself! Stuffed chicken Marsala, more like sandwiched undercooked Chicken Marsala! But seriously, my meal that I paid for comes with salad and breadsticks as promised, but sure charge me extra for it because thats all some one else wants >.< ... On top of that dont have your waitresses shove menus in my friends face and say "here look at the menu so you know that Im not screwing you!" On top of that, how do you make your kids maconroni and cheese?!? He didnt even want to eat it so we tried it and found it comparable to wet pasta straight out of the collider >.< ... The only thing cheesy out of this dish was your recipe!

Disgusting. They were serving me their wine in a glass covered with fingerprints. The waitress took forever to come back only to bring me another glass that was covered with fingerprints and filthy. After the third time she still didnt check so I looked- then I had to ask her to clean out the glass. She was very rushed. By then I was totally grossed out and called the manager. I calmly tried to explain that I did not want to drink wine out of filthy glasses, and that the waitress was unable to find a clean glass. He looked at me like I was crazy and didnt even feel the need to cancel the bill. I ended up calling the local board of health only because the manager seemed completely unconcerned. Other than that it was quite loud, having the atmosphere of a zoo and we couldnt hear our own conversation. Needless to say were not going back!

Blehhhh. Italian???? Certainly not authentic, I have had jarred sauces that have tasted better. I had an alfredo sauce that had a chemical taste, I sent it back and the waitress gave me the same dish with the same sauce. The red sauce, wow....I needed 2 Zantac to put the fire out from the acid in my stomach. Pasta was soggy and over cooked, the chicken was rubbery and drowned in the red sauce, The only highlight was the salad and bread sticks, I should have just eaten that. Please dont waste your money, the chain that was once good years ago is a horrible conglomerate now, I would rather have spent half the money and stayed home to make my own sauces.

Apparently this establishment needs training on how to properly staff a restauarant. We walked in and told there would be a 20 minute wait. I looked to the right and there was legitamately 6 clean tables ready to go. I asked why there was such a long wait and told there was a couple reservations which is fine and all but then they said they were also waiting for servers to arrive. Then after about 5 minutes they called our party and said "your table is two down on the left" and just left us to navigate to our own table, right next to the bar. The waitress was great but the hostesses really need to get their heads out of their ass and maybe try doing their job.

Party of 2 here, I was told 25 minutes for the wait. She tells me to take a seat. After me she started notating other peoples names and when I get up to ask why she didnt take our names she told me she thought we were leaving and if we wanted to wait we had to be last on the list. We ended up leaving and we will never return. If thats the service the hostess gives us right at the entrance, I cannot imagine the service given by the servers. Went right across the street to Fridays and were treated a lot better.

Busy as always so sat at the bar with my husband. We waited 10 minutes for the bartender to take our order! We ordered drinks and she did not have the required ingredients for my drink. Ummm.. We again waited and waited for her to take our order, took forever. Only 1 bartender at the bar! We finally received food after a half hour, food is par.. We finished what was somewhat edible and it took her another 15 minutes to give us our check and clear our dirty dishes! Not a great experience!!!!

I got food poisoning. I went for lunch and got the Cheese Ravioli dinner with the take home special. I ate 1/2 the take home meal the next day for lunch. I immediately felt sick. I went to sleep for 2 hours and was in the bathroom for the rest of the day. It is past noon the next day and my stomach is still rumbling. Ive only eaten a banana. I called and left a message for the manager hours ago but she still hasnt returned my call. Clearly my situation was not a concern.

I went last night the place is nice . I order Shrimp and got chicken instead For my nephew . they want to change the plate ,but was ok dont need to change the plate. The manager came to my table and talked to us asked again if we want the plate to be change. I think was nice of the waitres to talk about the mistake to the manager and try to make it right. i think thats what all about the service

Because we have so many good Italian restaurants in the area I feel a little guilty about going to the Olive Garden but it is ok for a quick bite to eat. My main complaint is the portions - I always get the eggplant and it comes with two very small pieces. I think it would be considered small for a child! How much could it cost them to put a few pieces more of eggplant on the plate?

Food was great and wait time was cut in half but unfortunately that was all that was great. I was charged an extra $10 on my credit card and when calling to get problem resolved was in placed on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Would rather go to other Olive Garden which are out of my way so I wouldnt have to deal with this nonsense again.
