No longer go to this Chipotle for my Mexican fix. Especially with Qudoba right across the street. In short, this location makes too many mistakes, is far too slow, and isnt consistent on a visit to visit basis. Went here for a year and enough is enough. See below for more details. The most frustrating thing about this location is that it always seems to have numerous call-in orders which appear to take priority over the in store, in line customers. The amount of times they have burnt our quesadillas is greater than the times they get it right. They seem to forget that they have placed a quesadilla on the hotplates (especially when serving call-in customers), and have to either be told to "please check on my quesadilla?" Consistency is not present here. I recognize that it is impossible to have the same portions each time, but they cant come close. One time youll have a massive scoop of meat for a burrito, the next, a tiny couple pieces and an excessive amount of salsa or rice. Unless specified otherwise, i dont see how its hard to keep fairly reasonable portions. They run out of ingredients on the service line a lot. Sometimes its meats, others is cheese. Seems to be a continuing issue. Also they regularly dont have some meats due to issues with their producers. Staff is generally fairly nice. Its a mixed bag. Not the best, but not the worst. I give them a star for that. The place is usually fairly clean. It gets a bit messy during peak hours but thats to be expected. I give them a star for that also. Overall, if you visit this place once, im sure itll be fine for your visit. Visit it on a more regular basis and youll start to see its problems, and dislike going. Too many to justify my business.

My wife and I frequent Chipotle probably more than Id like to admit. The food is simple, healthy (dont ask for all the little extras that add up major calories) and reasonably priced. The service is lacking however, although the employees are very friendly and attentive, the speed at which the orders are taken, food prepared, and ultimately cashed out by the cashier, is a very slow process that needs to be improved (I am writing this review to hopefully help them realize this fact that others have not so nicely pointed out, and Id really like to give them a 3.8 or 3.9 rating, but alas, no custom ratings on Google). The interior of the restaurant has a very modern industrial feel that I love, stainless everything, with high ceilings, but again, just keep ensuring that all the tables are cleaned right after patrons are finished with their meals. I do like the fact that you can order online, that is by FAR the best aspect of Chipotle and gets around the need to wait in sometimes very long lines to get your food. Order online, walk in to the separate online order line, tell them your name, pick up your food and youre out the door in less than 2 minutes! This can be a five star rated Chipotle if they pickup the pace and ensure cleanliness for their patrons at all times.

Staff seems to be rotating here lately. This location is no longer efficient and wait times are LONG and the food doesnt seem to be as good. I got my usual salad with pork and I got back to work with what looked to be almost soup with wilted lettuce and fatty pork on it. I got there at 11:50am as I know there is a rush at noon. I was only 4th in line and still took me 20min to get out of there (and the line was probably 40+ people deep at that point). It was not yet noon, yet they were out of peppers/onions almost out of pork (which is why I think I got just a small portion of leftover fatty stuff), only 1 person preparing food and 3 people on the register (basically 2 watching 1 person cashiering)

We had a bad experience dining at this Chipotle in Mansfield, MA few weeks back. The ingridents were not fresh maybe because it was dinner time and they make their ingridents in the morning or from past day. Also when we asked for some additional Guacomole to be put inside the burrito and not on the side, the server said that would be additional charge of $2 for even a half scoop more on each burrito. That would have made our Burittos for almost $9. This is so expensive. It is better to go to opposite side of the road to Qdoba Mexican Grill which has delas like Buy One Burrito/Any Entree Get One Free, which make it $6 for 2 Burritos and Qdoba also does not charge additional for Guacomole.

I will forever love chipotle. The quality of food is excellent for how fast its made. The selection is limited, but somehow doesnt feel that way. Theres a handful of items to choose from leading to hundreds of possible meal combinations. The store itself is cool, seems industrial and hip. Seating is ample until you hit the lunch/dinner rush, then the place is just a mob scene. Expect the line to run the length of the store with a 30min or so wait. The music is good and new, without being obnoxious or too loud. The outdoor seating could be a little better situated, it often seems shuffled around in the warmer months and you end up pressed right up another seat or person.

Worst Chipotle ever. Wish I could give a good report about the Mansfield, MA Chipotle. I love Chipotle and anytime I am on a road trip I know they are the most healthy food around. The Mansfield stop was a real disappointment. They were out of black beans so they just scooped a little black juice and dribbled it on the food. They were almost out of veggies so they did the same. The tables were dirty and the whole place looked unclean. This is totally different than all the other Chipotles I normally see. I hope it was just an off day, but I think I will stay clear of this outlet and look for another to try again.

I love chipotle , however today June 30th I was surprised of how small my burrito was compared to other times before. The cashier told me that management was controlling their oz so now they have to serve 4 oz . Thinking that because of the size of the burrito it would be cheaper it actually cost of he same as the other past times for less food. Its was almost 10 dollars . Im sorry chipotle Im moving on. Lol

Is the food delicious? Yes. Unfortunately, the service at this chipotle is the slowest chipotle service Ive ever experienced. Waiting in line for a half and hour just to get up to the ordering spot is unacceptable. Then, it took 8.5 minutes to get through the ordering once there because of online preorders constantly jumping in front of everyone. Seems like efficiency is NOT this Chipotles priority...

Out of brown rice, guac, soda, forks, napkins.. couldnt find a table without food on it. Trash all over floor. Trash bins overflowing. Employee on break eating during dinner rush. People working there seemed nice enough, but theres got to be a serious problem in management here. This location makes the company look bad. Worst Chipotle visit.

Food was good. Boyfriend and I both got chicken bowls. Unfortunately the pinto beans looked like they havent been touched in hours, thats his favorite. Lower quality than our usually stop at the fantastic Shrewsbury Chipotle! Service was terrible. Slow slow slow. Took 4 people to cash out/bag one order. Not a great experience
