Bad experience on Valentines Day. I had called for reservations and the lady on the phone told me no reservations just come in so we did. When we got there the place was packed a few ppl before us. A couple walked in and look for a certain waitress mind you he was the last one to come in. He came back with the waitress and the waitress came back to sit them in a table because they had reservation but they didnt because his girlfriend had told him lets go some where else because this is packed my husband told her we called for reservations earlier in the day and they told us no reservations but yet this couple supposedly had reservations. We left was not happy at all.

Excellent sushi restaurant. Of a dozen or so sushi places Ive tried this is one of the best Ive been to. We got the sushi boat for cheaper than Ive seen elsewhere and there was a wonderful variety of rolls, nagiri, and sashimi. In addition we received a bonus tempura roll before the boat. The fish was all good quality. Also received free ice cream at the end. Decor is a little much for me. It has a night club vibe. But I did enjoy the couch seating option.

Great food,nice modern place but the place and the bathroom are really dirty and Dusty. And whoever did the tiles in the bathroom couldve use some help. I go there a about every 2 week around 11:30 am, The restaurant supposed to be open at 11am., but theyre really not set up and the windows could use some washing but overall good food and good price.

This is one of my favorite Asian restaurants.The service is good and the staff is very polite. When ever my husband and I go there, we always have their special lamb chops. The sauce is great and the side of vegetables is perfect. There is a good selection of sushi and sashimi to follow up for the main course.

Awesome sushi! Weve been coming to this place for over a year now and get great service and delicious food every time. We sit at the sushi bar and have gotten to know the sushi chefs and they recommend new sushi for us to try every time :) were never disappointed!

Sushi is one of the best in the area. Come here for dinner often. The dining area is updated, the atmosphere is nice. If too busy the bar area is usually available. Service is top notch. The location is nice. All around a great place. Cant complain.

I have never had a bad meal there. Service was quick and attentive. Food was good - they even gave me a free appetizer! Cocktail was good, although the Espresso Martini wasnt much more than a White Russian in a martini glass.

I went to Ume yesterday night, and it was amazing. The prices were great, the food was delicious, and the service was perfect. We even got ice cream on the house. Try the salmon avocado salad... you wont be disappointed.

Where to begin... sashimi came out about 2 inches thick, gross. Chicken came out drier than the desert. The salad we ordered was just plain disgusting. No wonder there was literally not s a single patron at 630 at night.

My boyfriend ate there last night. Immediately after he left he was sick to his stomach. He ended up going to the hospital and was diagnosed with Scrombroid (Fish Food Poisoning). Bad fish! This is so disgusting.

Nancy at the bar is friendly, attentive and pours a great cocktail. The sushi is average-above average. They always include a roll or dessert on the house with a big order of sushi though. Reasonable prices

Easily my favorite place to get a great sushi dinner. Their Avocado Ball is to die for. They have the most wonderful Specialty Rolls. My personal favorites are the Red River Roll, and the Lily Roll.

My favorite sushi place in western MA. This is also a Japanese restaurant, and the Kobe Steak is phenomenal. I used to go to Ichiban in Chicopee before I found this place.
