As I visited to the restaurant .. one of my favorite item is paneer kadai its just soo yumm... if anyone you are visiting 1st time to the Rasham YOU HAVE TO TRY OUT their PANEER KADAI its the best food you will ever have. My fav panjabi dish was malai kofta till now but after trying their panjabi dish of paneer kadai its just yummm it became my fav. dish from now. but the only worse thing is they dont provide good service. like when you enter to resturant you can sit no one is there to welcome you. when i went to the Rasham there was only 1 girl who was serving everyone in the resturant i mean you dont see aynone else working there. Also, they bring all the food item including appetizer, dish items all at once. which sucks bec you dont enjoy much quality of food by the time you finish your appetizer you dinner plates gets cold. overall they just need to improve on their service. or else great food quality.

This is undoubtedly the worst restaurant in its category in this area. The portions get smaller and the prices get higher every time we go to this place. We have even had friends tell us that they found a fly in their food! In addition, I have never met any owner who is as arrogant and rude as the individual who runs this place. I would absolutely agree with at least one other post that I read around this individuals behaviors. I think this person needs to be knocked down a notch or two, and come to the realization that this is not the country from where he arrived. Treating others, whether they are customers or not, with dignity and respect should be at the forefront of his mind. We know many people in this area, and most of these individuals have stopped going to this terrible place.

In my opinion this place is managed / owned by people who only know for the most part to provide rude responses. Couple of times I noticed the prices for products were different if I talk to different people. Today for Easter I called to check price for goat meat and was told the price varies from 6.99 to 7.99 depending on the area and then when I called again to order the owner said it was 8.49 and when I said about the prices I was told, he was very rude and yelling over the phone. I will never go to this place to eat and to buy anything and will not recommend to others. We had similar experience when we went to eat as well. Literally incidence like these ruins your day. In USA you would not see this kind of rude and bad mannerism in organizations except for some like these.

Guys, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. They are not worth of paying 1 single Dollar. 1. Service is toooo poor. A school going boy is taking order where he himself doesnt know anything about their menu items. Taking orders from multiple tables together and giving it to chef. (Someone teach him how to process food orders) which terribly delays your order 2. Most of food items we wanted were not available. 3. Biryani was not served with Raita or Papad, even we had to ask for Chutney. 4. It took almost more than 1 hr to get food. That also appetizer and entree together :( 5. Food was not at all tasty and worth of paying its cost ! These people do not know how to run restaurant and not able to keep customer happy.

!!! AVOID !!! ....... Service slow (food "to-go" took 35 mins). Raw food, Burnt food, Food served off of floor. I (a white guy) walked in, asked for samaosa & kabobs, "to-go". Indians sat down & ordered 15 minutes after me, received their food first. 20 minutes later; Samosas were squashed thin pancakes, very little stuffing. Goat kabobs BURNT on outside & RAW inside. Watched kitchen staff drop food on floor, pick it up and fry it & serve it. NO indian cooking; barely indian food being reheated. Canned meats, pre-mixed spices, & mixes from grocery store (right next door). !!! AVOID !!!

First time - Called and placed order. They asked to come pick up food in 25 minutes. went there to pick up food after 30 minutes. Had to reorder again. Thought one off and waited 20 mins again after the order. They were serving everyone came in for dining except me. Canceled & left the pace after 30 minutes of waiting. Second time - one of my friend wanted to try ethnic friend seriously. So went again. Had all over orders placed in person To Go. They took 40 minutes to prepare for 4 adults. Had plastic piece in kebab. Never again.

This place is very unique and the ambience is great. The food is very authentic and delicious. The staff and service is alwaysprofessional, quick and courteous. Weve had the pleasure with dealing with the head man Sharukh almost every time, who is really very sincere and friendly. There is also a shop attached to the restaurant to get all the hard to find Desi things. Everything is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone...!!!

Had gone for the buffet..Very less items in the menu, NOT AT ALL WORTH! There were NO nonveg starters, compared to other restaurants who give a lot more choices. We went just half hour after the buffet started, and by the time we reached the food was already what you call LEFT OVERS of the people before us. They were out of biryani and couldnt even refill it. Had always loved the food when ordered at home, but the restaurant experience was horrible!

Let me start with this: the food is DELICIOUS!!! If you want to live the whole Pakistani experience, I highly recommend this place. The music, the servers, the food, the decoration: all together resembles Pakistan. They also have a grocery store next to the restaurant were you can find desi groceries, and they also sell halal meat at very good price. They also participate in UbertEATS (uber drivers deliver to you). Give it a try !!!

Went there for ifter and buffet. The buffet is $17 per person. There were mostly four different chicken items. That does not worth $17. There was Goat Biryani item, but they put chicken instead of goat. I told the owner that you should have done better with your menu. He replied “You should come to our kitchen and tell us what to cook”. He was very rude. He does not have respect for his customers. I will never ever go there again.

Extremely Nice and most polite family. Place smells good. Lunch buffet is worth far more than $12. Weekend buffet has extras like Haleem(never tried) and 2 deserts. Portions are unbelievably large. Naans are dangerously addictive . The prices are low for the quality of food service and people. But please dont increase the prices. Not having the full blown variety for vegetarians, so vegetarians check the menu before going.

Chicken samoosa and Kabab is good... Biriyani is very bland, you will need some gravy to go with it. It is a busy place but Service is kinda slooowwww, needs to organize a lil bit. The good thing is no one is in a hurry, neither them or us :) , take your time to enjoy the food and if you want to make the payment and you dont find the cashier, just peek into the kitchen and some one will come up front :).

Good Food, Good Service. I wasnt too hungry so I didnt order a lot of food, but what I did order was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. When I told the server I wanted the Lentil Soup he offered me the choice of Yellow or Black lentils. I selected the Black and was not disappointed. There was the right amount of heat. The naan was super yummy. Im definitely going back.
