DO NOT order from here. I placed an order online and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called only to find out that the delivery person was out and they didnt know when he was coming back. They never even started my order. I received no apology and they had no intention of calling me to inform me that my order was delayed. The woman on the phone reported it would be another half hour if I wanted to come and pick it up. I will NEVER be ordering from here again. I wish I could have given negative stars.

I placed an order and after sharing which was like an hour or so later, we realized the crab Rangoon was missing. I called and told this to the restaurant and the manager told me she put it in the bag and that I was lying and hang up the phone. So I called back and she told me she put it in the bag and that I was crazy. Five ($5) bucks she was accusing me of wanting to steal after spending $50 bucks with her, and to make matters worst some of the chicken wings tasted spoilt. Im calling my lawyer. They dont deserve no star.

*DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN CHOW MEIN* They do not know how to make it. Instead of chow mein noodles with chicken and veggies, they send you a chicken soup and then send tiny bags of "crunchy noodles" which are actually wonton noodles. This is clearly not chow mein. When we called them they told us we were the ones who were wrong, and that wed have to bring the food to their restaurant in order to exchange. I think if you have such a huge twist on a classic recipe you should at least write that on the menu.

FOUND A BIG NASTY COCKROACH INSIDE MY BAG then i call them they said next time you order we send you a extra one i told THEM I wanted my money back they said they could not give me my money back because the BAG open was already open. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BUY FROM THIS PLACE JACK CHEN 2. someone should call the HEALTH INSPECTOR because people are getting sick from eating their food WHO KNOW WHAT ELSE IS THEIR. I hate their costumer service. I placed an order and they say it would be ready in 20 minutes. " I know your address we delivered to your house before" They called me after 40 minutes asking for my address again. They say we dont deliver there after 40 minutes, really.The little kid who was taking the order tells me: it is too far. Worst is the driver was very close and they chose to ask the driver to come back when he was too close.

Im 90 percent sure that half of these reviewers are not Chinese or even Asian so i dont want to hear anything from them, saying "this not chow mien". I think the first time you saw the word chow mien you think egg rolls you stupid motherf--..... Okay just look at the food as just a random dish and youll be fine (Im Asian dont worry).

My family and I would always order from here. But i ordered about 25 dollars worth of food, and beef& broccoli one day and what was supposed to be the gravy was watery and tasted spoiled. My children were eating this mess as well as everyone else. I was disgusted and angry. I will never in my life eat from this place again.

The owner and their employees are cheap jerks. They never get the orders right and always refuse to come back on the delivery to fix it.... they promise you "next time" and they still charge you for it smh. Then act like they cant speak english and understand all of sudden LOL. Cheap!

Love it all!! the food is awesome!! no complaints I always order at this restaurant ever since I moved to forest park last year!! my sister tried it for the first time a few days ago and she loved it she says she wants to marry who ever made her food. lol

Never had a issue with them, food excellent, and there kitchen stays clean. I was ordering one day and to head chefs, that run there own kitchen in French cuisine, said. I love your food and your kitchen is always very well kept.

I ordered a number 22. Everything was so greasy, they do not know how to fry. They par fry and then do a final fry when you order. I cant believe this place is still in business. The just dont know how to cook.
