Consistently miss items from orders, long waits, and poor tasting food are too much for me to take. I gave them several chances. I almost wanted to call them to give another chance, but felt like that would be unethical. So, I give my unadulterated review at 1 star. I hope they improve so I can leave a better review someday, but if youre out for taco Bell, this is not the place. Issue list: 1.) Food often tastes stale 2.) They forget our Mac and cheese every time we go here. 3.) It takes them an abnormally long amount of time to get your food. 4.) They go extremely light on crunchwraps, theyre often little more than the wrap, around a hard taco. 5.) The crunchwrap cheese usually tastes like its out of date, the wrong kind, or both. And quite honestly, I can often barely tell the difference between their food and dirt. I highly recommend chosing a different taco bell.

My experience at the Auburn MA taco Bell wasnt very good I brought my children there for lunch because they did well in school and both graduated to next grade my son ordered chicken bowl no problem there I ordered 2 peice chicken no problem there my daughter wanted tacos I ordered 3 tacos I specifically asked all with sour cream paid the extra .39 cents per taco got the order no sour cream I went back to counter said they forgot sour cream they made two with sour cream and gave to me I said I got 3 they said no only 2 I had brought the original order up and specifically said look I got 3 they said I only got 2 with sour cream also I ordered soft shell and got hard shell instead of making a scene with my children there I let it go but never going back to Auburn taco Bell again

Worse experience at a fast food chain. The meat is always dry. Tried various different kinds. My buritos was always messed up. Then I started getting kfc the biscuits were never done or they never put cookies with my meal. I only continued to go these so long BECAUSE it was omw to work and ik tacos. I know everyone makes there mistakes. But literally nasty place. Run far away.

The only thing I can honestly say was pleasant was the manager that tried to fix the order that was messed up, not once, but twice... Cant believe they served raw rice.. Total disappointed in my meal.. Never again.. 11/7/15

Dry, stale food. The rude manager made my food wrong 3 times then had the nerve to bother me at my table trying to blame me for the mistake. Learn your menu dude or English if you insist on working with the public.

Theyve been doing better here recently. The staff is friendly and it seems the manager that was there had a good handle on what was going on. She cares about the product. Food was fresh and fast!!!

Nasty, dirty store...... stopped to use bathroom and grab a bite to eat and became violently ill....bathrooms are filthy, food had to have been prepped wrong for me to become that ill, that fast.

They were understaffed, although not too busy. It seemed like the employees wanted to close the place even though it was like 6pm.(Barricaded one of the doors to "close off" half of the lobby.)

Not sure why it is so difficult to understand that the menu should be visible before you pull up to the speaker. Unless you are already at the speaker you cant easily see the menu.
