I have eaten at this TGIFridays often and usually enjoy it; but I had a HORRIBLE experience last night. 2 of our 4 appetizer plates were dirty & had to be sent back; our appetizer took a good 15-20 minutes to arrive. Before we could finish our appetizer our dinner arrived so of course there was no room on the table since we all still had appetizer plates and the serving plate on the table. Worst of all, my ribs came out completely burned...more than charcoaled...BLACK, CHARRED, and inedible. I sent them back and they apologized and promised that a new rack of ribs would be up very shortly. 5-10 minutes later the manager came over to apologize (took the ribs off the bill) and said the ribs were just coming out of the oven and would be out shortly. 2 more times the waiter came by to tell me the ribs were almost ready. The other 3 people at my table ate their entire meals (no sense in all of us going hungry), had their plates cleared and were offered dessert and my ribs never arrived. I asked the waiter to bring them out in a "to go" container whenever they were ready and they immediately came out in a "to go" container. Not only did I not get to eat with my dining companions, I felt very self conscious sitting there without a meal, my dining companions felt terrible eating while I had nothing, and it really put a damper on our big Friday night out. Taking the ribs I never got to eat off the bill was an insufficient attempt at service recovery in my opinion; they really ruined the experience for all 4 people and left me feeling especially lousy.

Place has slid right off the edge of Orchard Hill Park... Right to the point: Service is at a crawl. Food is awful. If you are unable to properly cook chicken- hang it up guys!! It wasnt undercooked, but overlooked- and it was obvious as a sand wedge to the side of the face that it sat under a heat lamp for 20+minutes... Have to touch on the hammered Ric Flair impersonator that just kept randomly shouting WWWOOO!! In the dining area... Their reaction was to laugh about it.. The guy was obviously over-served.. Little short Irish guy with the shiny forehead, that was as red as the seat cushions... Total indication he was lit!! The job of a manager is to manage... Wont be back again.. Go walk across the street to Chilis and get some pointers from their management..,

The experience was horrible. I went with my family and got a slushie. It was terrible and was mostly ice. So I got water. I do not know how water can taste bad but it did. We went to order and they didnt have the soup of the day or french onion soup. We ordered and about an hour later we were ready to leave. We finally were served an it wasnt even that good. The food was cold. We spoke to the manager and he said they were short a cook, but while wating for our meal he was not even working. He couldve helped prepare the food but no. I do not recommend this restaurant because of the lack of effort with the waiters and chefs. Do not waste your money and time on this restaurant. I wish I could give it no stars but sadly I cant.

Very bad all around. They forgot our reservations and were unapologetic about it. Our party was stuffed into a tight booth. The waitress dumped a pile of wet napkins, forks, and knives on the table and walked away - instead of setting the table. Rib-eye steak was dry, tough, overcooked and full of fat and gristle. Soup and salads not served before the meal. Salad served with no dressing. Restaurant did not have tartar sauce and waitress had an annoyed attitude when we asked for some. A member of our party choked on a piece of meat and not one staff member attempted to help or report the incident. They comped our meal $3 for our troubles – very insulting. I will never go to this restaurant ever again.

My fiance and I went there 2 days ago cause we love their drinks. However this time was different I am a server and my fiance a manager of a restaurant. We were greated by a very unfriendly waitress. Also purposely given unrolled silverware in the same napkins, not only that but they were disgusting with old food still on them! The next people who came in were white middle age couple. Now they were greated friendly and right away with cleaned rolled Silverware. I am more then disappointed and dissatisfied by how were treated. I dont know whether it was our age, our ethnicity or our sexual preference but I will not being there again!

Worst Ever...came to have a good meal, instead i got horrible service. I was told i had to take whatever sides came with the meal "its a new thing" said the waitress...WTF...when i finally told her want sides i wanted she stormed off...lol like i give af if she throws a tantrum for telling her what i want to eat. Here comes the food..finally...bad service aside i was hungry. PUBIC HAIR IN MY MASHED POTATOES! GO FIGURE Told someone who looked like a manager and got the f out of there. Happily went to DENNYS a mile or so down the road and had good food and excellent service.

My Fiancé and I stopped in for late lunch today. The food was absolutely horrible! We ordered the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger. Both came out burned with black on the chicken and burger giving the meat a bitter taste. The fries consisted of a tiny portion of lukewarm sweet and regular fries. It was extremely disappointing! We didnt want to send our food back in fear of something being done to our food. We still tipped our server 20%. It was not her fault that the quality of food was so bad.

Just finished eating and never going back. Our server Paul was attentive at first but interrupted our meal 3 times to ask about desert, never refilled drinks, and gave us just the receipt with the total (so I have no idea what I was charged for). I paid it just to get out of there. Im really disappointed because I love TGI Fridays in other locations. The food wasnt amazing enough to go back despite the terrible and rushed service.

Been here on 6 separate times, all service tremendous. If you have high expectations before going into chain restaurants, you are crazy! This place is the newer style TGIF, massive bar area and bartenders who know more about mixing drinks then mixing small talk. The two male bartenders deserved their big tip as much as I enjoyed giving it for good service! Cameron is a great bartender if you dont believe me!

Food is gross with an excessively long wait for service. Was also told to quiet my voice down VERY RUDELY by a manager at 11:30 at night in the bar because there were children in the bar area.....who brings their kids to a bar area at 11:30 at night even in a restaurant?! Personally I work in restaurants and have for years and found this to be rude and very unprofessional with mediocre service.

Takeout service is a joke. If your going to offer a service one should put in a little more effort. Ive used the take-out service here on several different occasions and each time the service I received was less than satisfactory. The last time they just shoved my bag at me then just turned around and left me standing.
