The service and food was awful. The little girls working there were rude my chicken wrap barely had any chicken and was falling apart. When I sat down to eat they told me to leave cause they decided to close early even though I called 15 minutes before and they said they were open till 3. It was 2. If youre looking for great food and great service, coffee bean in upton if the place to go hands down.

Best coffee shop Ive ever been to in this country, hands down! They have the best tasting coffee around, the staff is wonderful, and their ice cubes are made of coffee so it tastes better as it melts, instead of getting watered down. Plus their pastries and sandwiches are all delicious and healthy. If you havent yet been, its well worth a visit!

Bagels were awesome , the ice coffee not so icy like no ice and barley cold. The soda in cooler was warm in a running cooler. No AC melted standing waiting as I listened to the teenage girls diss the food but praise the coffee at the place that pays them to be there. Was cooler outside at 85* then inside..Im not impressed

One day i decided i was thirsty for a haven. Siri told me there was a haven nearby so I went to take a peek. When the door squeaked open, a huge man named sam farrell kindly greeted me with 3 free cookies. That was the day I fell in love with him.

Always a great cup of coffee. Where else can you get your ice coffee made with coffee ice cubes? Convenient place to pick up a book too, beats fighting the crowds and traffic at the mall.
