The lady at the counter had her eyebrow raised while ringing us up and was just rude. the lady makig the drinks was chewing gum and picked up the pitcher with her finger in it. The coffee was great and the store was clean and properly stocked, the staff needed some work.

Slow service. Wanted just a regular coffee with cream and sugar, and the girl looked at me like I had six heads. Once I explained what I wanted it took almost 10 minutes to get said coffee. Other customers are kind of rude, although that isnt really the shops fault.

The opitome of professional. Barb is an absolute sweetheart and so nice. A reason to go back repeatedly. Great service. Great product. When there is an issue they fix it. Great Starbucks.
